"I ordered a dine-in Whopper combo with chicken nuggets and waited for approximately 15 minutes. After that, it took an additional 3-4 minutes to receive a cup for my drink. The employee who brought the food seemed distracted, even making an Oreo shake for a drive-thru customer before acknowledging me and made me stand at the counter for the cup while the food was getting cold.

The kitchen was playing loud Punjabi music, while the tables had English music, which seemed out of place for a Burger King franchise.

Despite this, the restaurant's seating was clean fairly good and food was what i expected of a burger king

I spoke to Gurjeet about the issues I encountered, but he appeared to have zero customer service skills. When I mentioned potential improvements and the importance of customer feedback, he dismissively said that Google reviews don't matter to him. I was particularly disappointed when he insinuated that if I wanted something for free, I should let him know, as if all i said was to get a freebie.

Was happy to see this location open as I generally prefer BK to Mcdonalds for value and quality. Unfortunately I've had very mixed experiences so far. I came in at 11:50pm, door was open but I was not allowed to order, after a long delay I was finally informed the dining room apparently closed at 11 but for some reason doors were still open? Then a few days days ago I came in the afternoon and ordered a Big King value combo, I requested 2 king jr's as my choice. After initially stating those were unavailable, the staff member said it's only the sauce thats not available anymore, and instructed the food prep person to make 2 cheeseburgers dressed like a King Jr. Excellent experience, and customer service. Well I came back to order the exact same thing, but this time had to stand there and argue with front counter staff for nearly 10 minutes, waited for them to call a manager (or pretend to) and outright refused to honor my order (even though it's advertised on the menu). Visited for breakfast around 945am. I was the only one there and there was nobody in the drive thru until well after I ordered one car arrived in the drive thru.

It took a minute to serve me, staff who served me was friendly but didn’t seem to be very quick or know what drinks are included or extra with a coupon. It took over 10 mins for me to get my food (2 breakfast combos with 2 coffees), which feels high for fast food. I wasn’t in a rush, but if I was it would have felt like an eternity.

Food was ok. The hash browns were great, coffee was decent, breakfastwich could be better. I hadn’t had it before so I was a bit thrown off by the size in comparison to how it looks. The sausage seemed to overpower other tasted, I couldn’t really taste egg or cheese. The croissant itself was good.
