Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Vaughan

HORRIBLE customer service ..... ordered a M coffee through the drive-thru then pulled up to pay for it the lady scans my rewards says “ you have a free coffee “ I decline the free coffee as I’m willing to pay the $1.85 for the M to save the free coffee for an XL or AT LEAST a L she then starts to say I have to take the free coffee , that she’s scanned it already even though I goto other Tim Hortons , they allow me to use the free coffee next time !!!

She continues saying how there’s customers waiting as if I’m not a customer.... the disgruntled employee ends up making the XL coffee while she’s making the coffee she’s giving me attitude , then hands it off to me . As I drove off I did end up calling to speak to the manager of this location about her employee, the manager apologized for her behaviour which thank you to the morning manager for being polite about it & remorseful.

I do goto a few Tim Hortons throughout each day , usually goto Tim’s multiple times a day at that so I do consider myself a regular. Just really disappointing to see customer service like that as I do work in customer service, know how to handle situations!

I go to this Tim Hortons often but the quality of the service always remains very low. And its unfortunate because there are some really good people that work here but sadly the ones that are rude and discourteous overshadow the ones that are nice and go above and beyond. The rude servers here will often get your order wrong and when you ask them to fix it they are not apologetic but overly rude. I go here every morning for my cup of coffee and I am asked to wait and not approach the drive thru window till they instruct and somehow I am expected to follow this every day - which boggles my mind. Why am I expected to wait and instructed to approach the window when the vehicle before me has left already? They don't give you any reasoning for this exercise and yet when you don't follow their instruction that give a lot of attitude. I hope the owner can see this comment because I've never gone to this extent to write a...

This was my go to spot after the one on Jane and Teston kept messing up my order however, the service at this one is now also going downhill too.

Today I ordered an egg and cheese farmers wrap but got a bacon egg and cheese farmers wrap. So I drove back and they gave me the correct wrap but it was missing the hashbrown that comes inside the wrap so they technically messed up my order again lol.

I’m now going have to now drive to the one on Cityview and Major Mac and hope for the best. Wish me luck…

Also the speaker in the drive-thru sounds like someone inside is getting choked out because I could barely make out what they were saying.

If you go through the drive-thru, I would highly recommend just speaking as loudly as you can or yelling so they yell your order back to you. At least this way you can actually hear them lol and they might actually try to get your...
