Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shop. 0 - zero service. A rip off.

15 of us came to this place last night, parents and kids from the team, bringing some business to this place. I was the first one to order 1+2 pound of wings.

Guess what, the girl who works there was clueless, she reversed the orders given to the kitchen and my food came in last.

I made a comment half way through her bringing food to the others and she did nothing about it. "Sorry" was the only pathetic answer I got. Yet, I let go. She is young, clueless and just trying to do her job, was what I was thinking.

Next slap to the face was the Sweet Potato Fries that were half the size of the regular French Fries. But hey, they charge you $2.25 More! even though you are entitled to 1 free side. Again I let her know about it. And again she gave pathetic "sorry" line to me. I let it go again, since people around me were half way through the meal.

I was expecting to have some customer service move back from this place. Oh I was wrong. She brought the bill once I asked for it and sure, the extra charge for sweet potato was there.

At that moment I had it. I looked at her and asked to call in a manager. Guess what. She first gave back pathetic "sorry" again, she did not mean, then told me that manager is not there at all and that is why she can not reverse the charge. She refused to remedy the situation and carried on the scam they are obviously given to do by the owner, I guess...what else could it be if she has zero power to keep the customers. On top she tried to offend me again by saying "oh other guests got the same and did not complain"... Again clueless and pittyful way to treat a customer. Oh yes, she is studying law! She mentioned...god forbid the one getting in the hands of such a future lawyer leach.

We will never come back to this place. You should stay away from it, too.

This young lady could have just been trying to get away from the situation. The wrong way, or because she's been put in bad shoes by the owner to have to scam people. The kitchen staff may have been preparing the orders the way they were told to and did not care about the order...maybe she was not as bad as she's turned out to be...maybe.

But not having the manager customer can speak to, been cheap not to offer customer at least to have a portion of cheap fries to make customer happy, getting what the one has paid for anyway...that is a business done bad. Not worth your time feeling ripped off.

I recently visited Wild Wing and tried a few different dishes: fries, nachos, and mac & cheese bites. Overall, it was a great experience! The standout feature for me was the server—she was incredibly friendly and suggested the nachos, which I ended up loving.

The fries were crispy, golden, and perfectly seasoned. They were a great side to pair with any of the wings, but also delicious on their own.

The nachos were loaded with cheese and toppings, and the portion size was generous. The blend of flavors was on point, and I loved that the chips stayed crisp despite the heavy toppings. Definitely a satisfying treat! After dining in, I decided to order a takeout portion of the nachos to enjoy later. Even packed up, the nachos held up well and were just as delicious as when I first had them!

But the highlight for me was the mac & cheese bites. These little bites were perfectly crispy on the outside and packed with creamy, cheesy goodness inside. They were the perfect comfort food with just the right amount of crunch and gooey cheese.

Service was friendly, and the food came out quickly, making for a really enjoyable meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend these items, especially if you’re in the mood for something indulgent. I’ll definitely be back again and again, and I suggest everyone give it a try, especially...

It is absolute constant disappointment with this place and I will never step foot in there again! They do not use fresh food unless it's wings that will move quick anyways. Every time i go there, there is a problem with the food, your cook needs to find a new job. They overcook their burgers that pieces of meat were coming out as charcoal. They severely undercook their sandwiches, there was no taste or flavor. Poor drink selection, cheapest beer on tap only available and watered down. Low staffed always, she needs to quit. Nobody ever goes there because it's just not worth the money the place is deserted every time I pass by. Food was delayed because they obviouslt didnt anticipate the traffic, follow up from waitress was poor, delivery drivers by the tables made it uncomfortable, clearly broken televisions, the list goes on. To the owner, take this is as a "he doesn't know what he's talking about" but you should really take this as a "maybe he's right, let's improve". Absolute poorly run establishment trying to break even, close up shop, you're not getting another cent from me. Throw out your stale food and take the financial loss and stop serving it to customers!
