Coffee Time — Restaurant in Vaughan

Absolutely disgusting experience at Coffee Time in Vaughan. The washroom was beyond filthy—no toilet paper at all, just a random bottle left there to use water instead. Completely unacceptable in a public place. The overall cleanliness of the café itself wasn’t any better. Tables were dirty, garbage wasn’t taken out, and the whole place felt neglected.

This level of hygiene is not only unprofessional but also a health concern. Management, if you care even a little about your customers and your reputation, it’s time to take serious action. This used to be one of my favourite places to go in the mornings. Extremely convenient location, WAS cheaper and better quality than Tim Hortons in my opinion. Over the past few weeks I've noticed the prices have significantly changed without any indication. Another reviewer mentioned the inaccurate prices and I can confirm the cashiers are going off a written sheet beside the register. My last straw however was going into the establishment at 2:56pm on a Saturday when online their hours say until 6pm. Very good and fast service, very friendly staff, especially the owner, this slim guy with beard. This place is even better than a Tim Horton's because it sells stuff that Timmy's doesn't. They could make their coffee a little stronger though. The lady cashier there is kinda weird but she's friendly. I would recommend this place, it's a life saver because there is no coffee shops around, its in a very convenient location and has room even to park a tractor trailer. ...
