KPMG — Local services in Vaughan

I used Mr. D'Agostini's accounting services a few years ago, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Due to a noticeable lack of communication and some incorrect advice, I decided to stop using his services.

Recently, I received a letter from the CRA requesting documents for a limited review of my 2021 corporate tax return. Since he handled my taxes for that year, I reached out to him with a few questions. However, he did not answer any of my calls. Instead, he sent an email with minimal explanation and, more shockingly, stated that his standard hourly rate is $1,300 to communicate with me!

This behavior is both unprofessional and rude. It shows a clear lack of responsibility for his previous work.
