I am writing to express serious concern regarding the unacceptable treatment my family and I received at your restaurant on July 9th 2025.
During our visit, we were repeatedly ignored by the manager on duty, Tiffany. Despite asking multiple times for simple items such as a Sprite and hot sauce, our requests were completely disregarded. Tiffany not only failed to follow through but also made no effort to acknowledge us or communicate professionally.
The situation escalated to the point where I had to leave my seat several times just to get basic service — something no customer should have to do, especially when staff and management are present on the floor. Her attitude throughout the experience was dismissive, unapproachable, and frankly, disrespectful.
It is incredibly disappointing to be treated this way, especially in what should be a welcoming dining environment also being a repeated customer. Regardless of how busy the restaurant may have been, there is no justification for this level of disregard from a manager. Tiffany’s behavior reflects poorly on your establishment and gives the impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority.
I really hope this issue is addressed and taken seriously. As someone who values good service and was looking forward to a pleasant lunch with my family for my Son’s 6th Birthday! this experience was both frustrating and unacceptable.
Additionally, I want to bring to your attention that Tiffany added an item to our bill that we did not order. This was not only misleading but completely unacceptable. I strongly urge you to remind staff to review orders carefully and to advise customers to double-check their bills before paying. Had I not noticed, we would have been charged for something we never received or requested.
To make matters worse, when I approached Tiffany to ask for an item to be added to our order, she told me to “go back to my seat” rather than assisting me in a respectful or professional manner. This kind of dismissive behavior from a manager is unacceptable
Jason I would appreciate a response acknowledging this message I’ve left my personal number...
Read more😡 Are you in a RUSH? Then this is NOT the place for you‼️ Did THEY SAY 15 MINUTES⁉️Well that’s pretty much just a tag line. They have told me this 6 or so time and I have spaced my visits out through out the year to give them grace. I have changed the times of day I come. I purposely come 25 minutes after I call. THEY TIME THEY QUOTE YOU IS ALWAYS A LIE. I never get my food in less then 40 minutes after calling. DO NOT PAY BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS READY because if you do they aren’t in a rush to make it. Do not believe the time they tell you. I think alway get 2-3 rolls. It’s never a party try and I wait long every time. If you and on break rushing to get lunch NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO COME. Rush to get the bus and they said 15 minutes? They don’t not care about you abs what you need to do! Order somewhere else. KIDS VERY HUNGRY!?! This place doesn’t consider that when they give you a time to come for pick up. You think it fast on UBER eats? NOPE! They don’t rush for anyone.
Yes, their price are good. Yes, it taste good or ok at minimum. Yes my order is accurate 99% of the time. I gave it 3 STARS BECAUSE there are enough good things about this place that you should ONLY COME IF YOU ARE WILLING TO ORDER BY PHONE FOR PICK UP AND COME 1 HOUR AFTER YOU ORDER SOME SMALL AND 1.5 HOURS AFTER A PARTT TRAY..... if you don’t have time to spare then pick somewhere else. If you do have time then perfect because most of their menu is not meant to be eaten warm so if you come a very long time after you were quoted this it doesn’t make a difference in the quality of the food and helps your stress/ expectations. DON’T EXPECT GOOD SERVICE. They aren’t out right rude , they could be friendlier. They are doing good with social distancing. I do wish orders were ready sooner but they are always busy and receive party orders frequently so I understand...

Summary: waited over an hour from the time they said it was "ready." They ignored you if you asked them to cancel the order that was not ready. Many people in line complaining how they waited over an hour since the time they arrived to pick up the order. And they still kept taking calls for more orders.
-- Full story.
We ordered via Uber for pick up. The order said it was ready. My family and I drove to the plaza where the restaurant was, picked up an item at an adjacent store and then went to pick up our order (which the app said, "Your order is ready."). We waited for an HOUR for pick up. There were about 20 people in line and many complaining that they ordered in the AM for the evening yet they were still waiting an hour when they arrived to pick up their food. I asked the restaurant to cancel the order on their end (so I would not get billed) as I could not wait with my family any longer. They would not. I called Uber, and Uber called the restaurant twice, no answer. And Uber then refunded me our money (but Uber required us to wait a good 45 mins to an hour from the time of our call before they would grant us the refund).
This was not something you want to have to to experience with your family, and especially on a Friday night. Net result, we burned 1.5 hours on a Friday sitting in the car and waiting and driving to and from, had to do two calls to Uber to get the refund, and it's 7:15pm and no dinner for the family.
This post was a healthy vent on our experience. Now it's time to cook a last minute dinner now for the family.
This store will keep taking orders no matter how busy they are. And they will say the food is ready via the app, even when it is not.
If you are ok to run the odds of having this experience, then...
