Dairy Queen (Treat) — Local services in Vaughan

Unbelievable! Dairy Queen apparently has a new policy of giving an extra small portion of ice cream in a medium cone. When my 10 year old son pointed it out to me and complained about it, I went back in thinking that perhaps a newby made it and messed up. Nope! The guy said it's their new portions policy. At $3.50 for a medium I said they're high to think I'll ever come back. The owner of this store offered to make a new cone with the old portions which I accepted to make my son happy. He charged me an additional $3.50. Lol. These people know nothing of customer service. I paid and will be doing Baskin Robins...

I took a school trip here with over 100 students. We called them ahead of time that day to let them we were coming with our large group. And they were so great at accommodating our group, we went in groups of 20 in the restaurant for the students to order their ice cream, then once they all received their ice cream the next group came. Everything ran so smoothly, the manager was so generous, sweet, organized and accommodating, it was such a positive experience. They got everyone's orders in and we were out in what felt like 30 minutes or so, which was pretty impressive considering our numbers....

I have been to this Dairy Queen multiple times. I usually go half an hour before they close because of work. Every time I go, they are always in a rush to close and sometimes they close before the time that is mentioned. When I ask for Fudge Stuffed Cookie (or something that goes in oven), they always tell me that they shut off the oven as they close in half an hour. My family loves that item and I go out of my way just to get it for them. I feel like it is very unacceptable to keep on saying that the oven is shut off.... I won't be coming back to this...
