McDonald's — Restaurant in Vaughan

Bad experiences from this restaurant on every visit. My mask wasn't very good so I asked the cashier for a mask, they walked around and found a box and offered one. I am guessing it was a manager that shouted at him 'YOU'RE NOT TOO BE GIVING THOSE MASKS OUT!', I jumped at her reaction and she said with horrible attitude, 'well give it to him now'. I stood back and a family approached it took 10 minutes for the order to get punched in. By this time my friend arrived. We ordered a meal for us each which was quick. Though waiting for the order took easily 15 minutes. The food came and drinks weren't ready. Two teas, one specifically made the other regular. Well they put the wrong stickers in the tea and drinks got mixed. When I walked back in there was one solid employee that saw I spilled some of the drink and was quick to offer me assistance. I had a corporate manger accuse me of asking for an extra fry when the meal mc picks meal comes with fries. I had done two separate orders to get free cheese burgers and he thought I was trying to get a free fry with my cheese burger. He then had an attitude that was there from the start and only gotten worse I had showed him both receipts and took him to the table and showed him we only had one fry for the two mc pick meals. This isn’t my home McDonald’s but usually I always come to this one because service food and a smile is always given. But today when corporate comes in and act like they rule the world and show how disgusting they can act and be towards a paying customer. How do we expect for the people bellow them to act proper. Rude people working there at night at 02:00am on the 26 of July 2025 orderd some food went to tye window paid for the food teld me to park in the front for 10 min then come back to the window they will get the order ready came back grab the bag drove home and find out that the 3 sandwiches are missing went back told the manager that is missing and its not fair not doing there job right and waiting people time she says she dont care about my time and saying we didnt take your order then they pull the recipe out saying I didnt pay for the 3 Jr chicken and starts talking rudely instead of apologizing for wasting my time and threatening to call the cops on me like I did crime I have been a costumer to this location for over 13 years will never go back there again this incident too 1hr 45 min wich is not fair at all when more the 4 people serving at the location they didnt gave me my food and had leave the location after wasting 2...
