My Zaidy's Pizza — Restaurant in Vaughan

WORST PLACE AND SERVICE EVER. The pizza is not that great and over priced and they have zero customer service actually come across rude dont even thank you for your business nothing. I walked in when they were about to close i asked for a deal on their last 2 slices and the owner said yes he would and that he would give me both slices for $6 instead of $7. I said yes and asked for some hot sauce on the pizza they said no because they had it put away already. I said fine. I paid $10 for both slices and recieved $3 change back and not the $4 i was supposed to get. Thanks for the great service and deal guys for a pizza slice that is honestly 95% dough with barely any sauce or cheese for that matter. Cant even get a cheese pizza right and its sad. Food: Got a whole grain vegetarian pizza ... It was not good. It was definitely freshly made ... The bottom of the pizza is hard and crunchy, but the pizza itself is just soggy.

Service: The person at the shop was impatient and the interaction was awkward. It was not really ordering based on the menu, more like ask if they have something, and they tell you yes or no. What in the world is this? No clue. The ordering process is just stupid, and made worse by the staff.

Not worth the money, not worth the awkward experience either. Again, I repeat, Don't go there unless you are completely...

I would give a one star or possibly even zero star rating for service from the owner. The owner was ageist and treated adults better than children. There is a school nearby. He would not even provide a paper bag for a slice of pizza to go, and showed a very obvious preference for certain customers.

The only reason why the overall review is two stars is the taste of the pizza was decent so may be a 3 or possibly a 4, however, the overall score is dragged down by the quality of the service. Both of the aspects need to be considered in the overall...
