First time here, I ordered some signature dishes of Chinese Dongbei Cuisine, and they are quite authentic. The fried sour sweet pork is well battered, soft and tender, the fried eggplants/potatoes/bell pepper is also well seasoned, the stuffed eggplants fresh and flavourful layered with a thin batter. I also tried their dumplings, not as good as my own home made one, but definitely delicious if you don't know how to make them. It’s very rare to go out and get blown away by the food but Tao’s Chinese Kitchen did just that. I have been searching for authentic Guō bāo ròu and I finally found it! It was perfectly crispy with a tangy sauce! We also had the spicy sautéed clams and fried stuffed eggplant! Every single dish was a 10/10! Absolutely delicious!
