Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Vaughan

FILTHY Place Ordered pizza from this location and when I went to pick it up what I saw was UNREAL ABSOLUTELY UNREAL ! The guy making the pizzas was poking the air bubbles on the almost ready pizzas with his fingers no gloves no fork but his bare FINGERS !!! Every pizza that was almost ready to be taken out of the oven he was using his bare two FINGERS tapping the air bubbles down NASTY NASTY NASTY !!!! Of course I reacted by saying it’s DISGUSTING and nobody do that anywhere in Italy where people eat pizzas every day ! The owner instead of apologizing or correcting the guy not to do that ever again tried to play it smart saying that you use your hands to make the pizza ! I agree u use your bare hands to make the dough and put the toppings on a pizza THEN the pizza cooks for 10 min so no bacteria are left true but to poke the bubbles on an almost ready pizza with two FINGERS it’s a NO ! Terrible experience - Twice in a row we’ve order well done and the pizza comes practically raw and doughy. They actually called me to pick up my pizza EIGHT minutes after my order… how is that possible?!?

On multiple occasions, this was taken lightly.

Even funnier, after the first time we were given a credit. The Pizza Nova reception told me that they don’t let customers know about credits unless we remember and ask?! Basically, trying to make up for their mistakes and being sneaky at the same time.

Awful experience , awful management style and awful experience.

Will not go back and suggest anyone reading this not to waste their time and money on such a disappointment of an...

I wish I could give 10 stars to this location.

I've been in on more then one occasion and the owner ALWAYS goes above and beyond.

I went in today after going to Wonderland with the family and we decided to eat there instead of taking out. After placing the order and washing the kids hands he comes out with freezies for the kids and puts on Peppa pig on the TV (while other adults were there eating too) as we wait for the order. He has made these nice gestures on many occasions...and his customer service is the reason I will always go back.

The guy is a gem and cares about his customers.

The food is always cooked to perfection as well..
