Pho Weston — Restaurant in Vaughan

After a day of excitement at Wonderland, we decided to unwind and satiate our appetites at Pho Weston. While the experience was enjoyable overall, there were a few minor hiccups that affected our visit.

The first disappointment was the limited menu, which lacked some of our favorite items we typically enjoy at other pho restaurants. However, despite the missing options, we decided to try out some of the dishes available.

The food we did order was flavorful and satisfying. The pho had a rich and aromatic broth, and the ingredients were fresh and well-prepared. The broth's warmth and depth were just what we needed to relax and recharge after an eventful day.

The restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, offering a comfortable and relaxed setting to enjoy our meal. The service was prompt and attentive, and the staff was friendly throughout our dining experience.

Despite the missing menu items, Pho Weston managed to deliver a satisfying post-Wonderland dining experience. The delicious pho compensated for the limited choices, making it a worthy stop for a comforting meal after a fun-filled day.

In conclusion, if you find yourself in the area after a visit to Wonderland and crave some delicious pho, Pho Weston is a viable option. While the menu might be missing a few favorites, the tasty dishes and welcoming atmosphere will still make your dining experience a pleasant one. We'll keep Pho Weston in mind for future outings...

Edit: Came back a second time, but was sorely disappointed. When we went in everything was good, however it was interesting to note that the restaurant staff did not check for vaccine passports as mandated. It could be inferred that they are not following Provincial guidelines for restaurant safety.

Regardless, I ordered food for my parents who were visiting and myself. My parents enjoyed their food, however the staff prepared an incorrect order for myself. I ordered an S4 and they provided an S14. They manager/owner refused to change the order to what was requested despite the insistence by his staff and us. An unfortunate experience as I was a regular and the manager found it more prudent to save a couple bucks than provide what was actually ordered. It's clear that although the food is great, that the service and integrity of the restaurant is questionable. I've posted a picture of the order itself and you can decide for yourself if this place is worth the headache or to just go to a different pho location with equally delicious food, but with superior service where the customer...

Food is great - customer service not so much. If I ask to sit somewhere; I should be seated there.

The Pho broth is amazing, flavorful, deep, and aromatic. I ordered the well-done beef with tendon (small) it was fabulous, so much so, I wish I had ordered a medium because I got just 1 large tendon 😢. Small means smaller portions, obviously, so no complaints.

The fresh rolls are great! The beef especially- has a bit of a char to it and no fat!!! So good. The menu prices listed in the pictures here on google are wrong - the prices have increased, but the food is worth every penny.

It's a cute atmosphere - regular mom n pop Vietnamese place. I've only tried the pho so far, but I'll be back to try the great things they have on the menu. My server was kind but unfortunately doesn't speak English 😕. The service is fast.
