Update: since visiting another local Pizza Nova store, I now see my pizza from here was approx 40% slightly charred, 40% slightly burned, and 20% bottom crust crispy/hard. That the burn was uneven over the pizza makes me think the oven has extremely uneven heat across its surface. Pizza bottoms should still be flexible and slightly brown.

My experience with Pizza Nova stores is the food quality is noticeably better and more generous than other common chains, but on the odd occasion issues happen. Today, my pizza was slightly burned on approx 1/4 the bottom surface, with a slight bitter taste but still edible due to the great toppings (and my lost sense of smell).

Otherwise, was very happy when they released an excellent ordering app.

Even though I gave only 4 stars to this location, I still believe, that Pizza Nova is one of the best in the city. I love their tomato sauce, and they usually are very good with ingredients freshness and specific details customers add to their orders.

A few times I my orders came with extra cheese, when I identified to make it light. Also sometimes you receive a weird service: like you feel that you are not really welcomed by some employees. But again. Still one of the best pizzas I tried from pizza chains.

Additionally ( have to add it ) I am absolutely in love with their creamy garlic sauce. It is just perfect!
