This place is the worst. This is the second time. First time I asked the guy to put his mask on properly when handling my food. He yelled at me that it’s too hard to wear a mask all day. I explained to him that my wife and I wear masks all day. He laughed at me and implied that we don’t. I called to complain and Pizza Pizza refunded me (which I didn’t care for because it was $13). A year later we decided to give it another chance. The picture you see here is from yesterday December 19, 2021. What a joke. Notice the other person in the back with NO MASK. I called Pizza Pizza and they refunded me. Again, that’s not the point. Food went into the garbage and we had to scramble to find something else for the family for dinner. What did Pizza Pizza do for my inconvenience?? NOTHING. They don’t care. They will have a talk with him. This guy is rude and inconsiderate. You can see from all the reviews. Good thing there’s a Pizza Nova across the street.
UPDATE- the reply below from Pizza Pizza. When I asked for them to make it right they said they couldn't do anything for me. So, Pizza Pizza, stop making...
Read moreFri June 19, 2015. I ordered 3 pizza's for pick up. When I arrived two of the pizzas were done but it took 30 mins until the 3rd was cooked. When the 3rd pizza was given to me it looked like pig slop. It was not cooked, the pepperoni looked raw. The pizza was soaking wet. The box was soaking wet and dripping with pizza sauce everywhere. It looked disgusting. By the time this pizza was done the other two were stone cold. I asked for a refund for the 3rd pizza. The manager refused. She was belligerent, rude, condesending and extremely unprofessional. Her attitude was f- you I have your money. I refused to accept the pizza because of it being uncooked and I could get sick from eating raw uncooked pizza. I called customer service later that night and spoke to a manager, he said there was nothing he could do, "too bad". Pizza Pizza is an unprofessional company with no heart that takes advantage of it's customers. I ended up purchasing new pizzas from 2-4-1 pizza. Their customer service is outstanding....
Read moreordered 3 party-size pizzas from Pizza Pizza, spending over $100 for a family gathering. When I asked for 30 paper plates to match the size of the order and the number of guests, I was only given 10. This wasn’t an oversight — I clearly made the request, and it was ignored. Not only so but I had to ask for plates 3 times mentioning if they thought this was enough plates for 3 party size pizzas. On top of that the first few they had handed me were 3 plates? Then 2 more and another “5”.
Frankly, this felt disrespectful. It’s basic courtesy and common sense: if someone is ordering food for a large group, they should be given enough plates for that group — especially when asked directly. Instead, I was left scrambling to figure out how 30 people were supposed to eat with only 10 plates and no cutlery.
It’s not just poor service — it shows a lack of care for customers. I won’t be ordering from Pizza Pizza again for any events, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting professionalism or...
