Subway — Restaurant in Vaughan

Staff was unfriendly and very unwelcoming, too focused on cleaning the floor even though we came in at only 7pm. I had to ask her if they were even open because no one was in there and she was cleaning. She seemed very grumpy and had no enthusiasm while serving us. No napkins were provided even though I ordered 2 foot long combos. I had to ask for them and wait for her to finish sweeping the floor before she could get it. When I went down to sit, she told us that we could not sit in the area that she was cleaning. No wonder there were no customers in there. The tables all had posters which advertised a $10 coupon off of Winterfest Wonderland admission on your receipt. She had no idea what it was about and had to call someone else to explain it for her. According to her, only “lucky” winners could get that coupon. Even though the promotion banner did not specify that. It was very misleading and should not be placed on all of the tables if it does not clearly specify the details. She did not even bother saying goodbye or thank you when we left. I'm giving this Subway a five-star review because it's a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, and the staff does an excellent job of making the subs exactly how you want them. The ingredients are always well-stocked, and the entire place is kept clean and tidy. It’s a reliable and enjoyable place to grab a healthy-ish bite to eat. ​What really sets this location apart is the amazing customer service. placed an online order today and when i got to the store, the lady said she didn't get the order and so my sandwiches weren't made. i told her that it's been paid for and i got order confirmation, she proceeded to help other customers instead of checking her systems. when i asked her again, she told me to call Subway and get a refund. i told her to check her system to find my order and of course it was there. what was suppose to be a quick 5 minute pick up turned out to be a 40 minute wait for my order because she decided to help everyone else who came in AFTER me. considering it was lunch hour in this busy area, i'm not sure why there was only one staff working. will drive further to avoid this location and their rude and...
