We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Premier Place Banquet Hall for our wedding! From start to finish, the entire team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect.

First, we have to rave about the food—it was absolutely delicious! Every single one of our guests had nothing but compliments for the incredible dishes, and we want to give a special shoutout to Chef Rob for creating such a memorable dining experience. The attention to flavor, presentation, and quality was unmatched.

A huge thank you to Tony for ensuring everything ran smoothly throughout the day. His professionalism, attentiveness, and calm demeanor made us feel completely at ease, knowing every detail was being handled with care. Rob and Tony truly went the extra mile to make sure everything stayed on track, and we’re so grateful for his support.

The staff at Premier Place were incredible, ensuring that not only we as the wedding couple but also our wedding party and family members were well taken care of. Their friendly and attentive service made everyone feel special, and their effort did not go unnoticed.

I just completed two parties at the Premier Place with John and Tony. My father in laws retirement party and my brother in laws wedding. I, as well as my entire family was astounded with the excellent service that these two men provided for us. The venue was beautiful, the staff was professional and proficient and the food was incredible. The portion sizes were large and all of our guests loved that. Working with John is a pleasure, guys like him are rare in this industry. He is honest, trustworthy, meticulous and incredible to work with. John took care of everything for my two parties and I never felt worried one bit of how the evening was going to progress. For me the moment I spoke to John I knew I wanted to give him my business. John is great to talk to and he gives you sound advice of how you can enhance your party for your guests. I will never go anywhere else to make a party and I tell all my family and friends to go to John because he is the best. No one will care more about your party and guests than John. I hope he never retires because I know I won't find anyone else with his passion and dedication to his work. Lots of room for improvement. Let's break it down:

Food - Cold, flavorless, similar to microwave quality. My wife did say the cook on her meat was to her liking, hence we won't take off as many points as I thought I might. Gravy was tasty, I will say that! Bread similar to hot dog buns. Drinks were palatable, however, but glasses were filled about halfway.

Space - Poorly placed lights were shining in guests' eyes the whole night. Large dance floor was excessive, as tables were squished together. Perhaps a couple spaced out on dance floor area would save a lot of the tightness.

Staff - Save for one friendly bartender, the majority were stressed and unsavoury. Lots of serving slights, such as nearly tipping wine onto my wife and passing plates over guests (perhaps because of cramped space), forgetting wife's dessert, and neglecting to provide proper serving utensils.
