I ordered the Flying Zone combo, and a Freedom burger, and a Bobcat. That's the only good news. Quick and simple ordering and they told me it would take 25min to make. My drive was marked on the GPS as 26min (and we got there faster).

The bad: I did not get the combo in the order. It was just the Flying zone burger, minus the fries/pop. I was charged fully for it. In the Freedom burger, the jalapeno poppers were so cold the cheese was solidified. I've cooked them before, and for them to be that consistency, the poppers would have to have been made 30-40min prior to being put into the burger. When I called the store back, they acknowledged that they screwed up the order... however when I asked for resolution they just flippantly told me to come back and get my fries.

The Covid19 situation is such as to minimize travel outside the home, and to make interactions as least as possible. How does travelling BACK to the store resolve the issue for a screwup the store made? I saw 3 people working in the store. Nobody wore mask. Nobody had on any other PPE.

I asked for a refund, and was blatantly refused. A simple refund of the screwed up items would have been enough. The lies, and ignoring my concerns has led me to posting the information and contacting you. That's not even mentioning the BAD customer service and loss of goodwill I have towards the company.

They also kept putting me on hold and speaking in native language without acknowledging me.The staff at the store was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. They couldn't care less to resolve the issue.I visited, I paid, I'm unhappy?...

I have been going to top gun for a long time now. I have eaten at all of their locations. I used to love this place. The Vaughan location is the closest to my house so when it opened up I was really happy. The first couple of times i went to this location it was good but it’s sad to see that the more they are expanding their quality has started to go down. I think their location in downtown and the one is Etobicoke are still good. Today I bought the b52 steak sandwich. First of all the fries tasted burnt so I didn’t eat them but that’s no big deal I don’t go there for the fries. So when I moved on to the sandwich it was a nightmare. As soon as I picked it up the sandwich started leaking like I had opened a tap and I’m not even exaggerating. It was so soggy that the uncut side of the bun had completely dissolved and the sandwich fell apart. The melting stringy cheese they show in their videos is a myth. The cheese sauce on this sandwich was lumpy and dry like it had been made two days ago. I was highly disappointed and I wouldn’t bother with this if it was once or twice but this consecutively the 3rd time it has happened to me. I hope they can get back on track but I would rather drive to the Etobicoke location than eat here again. It doesn’t look half as bad as it was in the picture. I wish I took a picture before I ate but I didn’t expect it to...

Came to Top Gun Burger after hearing seeing this location a few times while driving up Keele to Highway 7.

Finally decided to give the place a try after a long day of work. Upon coming into the restaurant, we were greeted by two very friendly workers who took our order after we decided on what to eat.

We waited about 15~ minutes and were brought our burgers as well as poutine which seems to be about average in the gourmet burger industry.

The food came out and looked fantastic. I would say that I had to take a look at the food for a good 30 seconds before finally feasting upon it.

All in all, it was a really good burger but I found the meat to be a tad dry as opposed to other gourmet burgers I've had. I think that the sauce and beef bacon made up for it though so I wasn't too turned off. The poutine was also excellent (with just enough cheese and gravy) instead of being smothered in gravy.

I will definitely be returning back to this location in the near future to try another one of...
