Wendy's — Restaurant in Vaughan

Been here many times and I am always satisfied with the food and the hospitality of the staff, I have looked up the early breakfast time and they should be starting breakfast at 6:30 am but I have been here 2 times already and there is no one answering the drive threw or the doors are still locked and this is very upsetting I show up here after 6: 30 am just to give them a couple of minutes and nothing, when you are expecting to get Wendy's breakfast and nothing. Not sure what is going on at this location but if you have somehow changed your breakfast hrs can you notify the public because it is frustrating, I can just easily stop elsewhere to get breakfast, I see many ppl just driving threw and nothing. You can easily make yourselves look bad when you don't do things the right way. After 2 weeks I have revisited this location and I appreciate that the hrs were posted for breakfast starting at 7 am till 10:30 am and that at the lunch time there was a second drive threw window person working.

I have passed by here for lunch time and like always I have been satisfied, thank you and keep up...

My workplace is nearby, and we placed an order consisting of 41 items. This included complicated combos with customized ingredients. I can confidently say that this is one of the best Wendy's in the GTA. I had left my order with Manager Manchula and I had also called an hour before to confirm the pick up. I reached the store 10 minutes before pickup to find the entire team working as a unit for this giant order. They were able to put each customized order into individual bags and package them with safety stickers. They even were able to put down everyone’s name on every order. I found the supervisors checking and double checking every bag carefully. All of our meals and drinks were packaged into boxes and the crew even helped carry my order to my car. I would have to say this location is terribly busy with the drive through. They were able to process all the people in cars as well as patrons coming in to fill in their lunch orders. I would highly recommend coming to this location, and I hope the staff...

the coffee was actually decent that’s why it wasn’t a one star. the breakfast sandwiches are funny i’ve never seen a thinner fried egg in my life, looks like they fry the egg then slice it in half to use it on 2 maybe 3 sandwiches. and then they add some stale bacon that’s hard with no crisp(yuk). to top it off the drive thru staff is very difficult to understand don’t know if it was the accent or the speaker system. as i write this review i passed by a billboard display of wendy’s breakfast sandwiches and wow, what a difference from what they show customers in ads and what you actually receive when purchased. i feel like wendy’s has been going downhill since they revamped there burger and fries many years ago now. at one point i would have rated it #1 in fast food burgers and now somewhere at the bottom...
