Can't rate their car detailing ability as never got a chance to use it. Called them, asked if they were detailing today because wasn't sure whether they do this inside or out, as very cold day. Anyhow, apparantely busy, the man that answered said he would call me back in 5. I agreed, I was in the area and just stopped by. When I got to unit #3 in this building that clearly marked on the door Blue Wave Detailing, no one there, office completely dark, door locked, although on Google claims opened until 700 p.m. today. Geeze wonder whether I would consider going back to them...BTW it's been a hour still waiting for...
