I went there.,. I looked at there picture on menu burger with onion rings, chicken and cheeze in between. I thought this would be interesting. So ordered it. To my surprise, they gave me that burger without onion rings, just added little bit of fried onions. I thought this must be a mistake. I went there ask them to correct it. They gave me back again after adding few more fried onions...
I didn't wanted it. So I asked for my refund. I gave burger back. Employee especially cook at high attitude and started fighting with me. She was like what can we do , if they put that kind of poster, it will come only with fried onion. And she was shouting. I mean, if you don't have onion rings to add, just don't sell it.
They were trying to impose that onion rings and fried onions are same. And they don't know why poster was showing onion rings, but they will only add fried onions.
After lot of fight, manager refunded me.
This happened between 6.45 to 7.15 PM...

Spoke with the manager who took the cup with the piece of plastic to examine, also broke the plastic in half and came back saying they dont have that type of material in that restaurant, suggesting we put it there! It's outrageous her lack of courtesy and her rude attitude she spoke to us with. This was during busy lunchtime at the counter. Our order was refunded. We did not like having it suggested we are responsible for the object. We were very disappointed in how the situation was handled. Absolutely no concern. A simple apology would have been enough. that's all we cared for. Also, we wanted to let them know to be more diligent so that no one ends up cutting their lips or choking on things like this. We are taking our concern to a higher level. BEWARE WHEN PURCHASING HERE. MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES...
Read moreWent there today to pick uber order for a customer and the order wasn’t ready .One of the workers comes up to me and asks me to confirm the pick up .When I asked where the is the order she said some drivers don’t deliver (which was not my problem ).I asked her until you guys prepare the food and hand it to me I will wait .She was rude and unprofessional .After waiting for 8 minutes she gave me my order and I confirm it to deliver to the address(which I completed ,picture attached).Then I go on my uber profile to see these people had lowered my rating (from 98 to 97) which makes me furious .This is my everyday job people and I have done around 6k deliveries without any issues.Very poor staff and manager gets L too because he was there witnessing everything...
