Overall, I like the place and would go back. BNA... you are not listening to the reviews though, the Burger w/ Cheap American Cheese is awful!! I have never seen my kid eat 1/2 a burger then put it down, it was not finished, I took a bite and yeah, terrible!!
If you are going to charge $20+ dollars for a hamburger then it better be delicious, don't cheap out on ingredients, people know better and the reviews are almost all the same on the burger.
I had the Sausage and Burrata pizza, it was actually good and I would order it again. The truffle fries came out hot and were delicious despite some of the comments. The Fried Chicken was just weird, the buttermilk biscuit was awful and left, a chicken breast is used rather than the traditional thigh or other chicken parts. It is the equivalent of using fat free cheese on pizza or American Kraft Singles on a burger... pun intended.
The chicken wings looked decent, I didn't have the wings but my kid tried one and said they were tasty.
Service was good for a packed house, the waitress was running her butt off, the staff at the bowling station were super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is great, bowling is fun, with food and bowling it came to $60 per person for 2 hours. Not horrible considering the entertainment and food together.
I think it is a great atmosphere and great patio outside with a Bocce Ball court. Some video games upstairs.
BNA - Please Please Please, as recommended by someone who grew up in a restaurant, take the American Cheese off the burger and replace it w/ cheddar, kraft singles/ American Cheese is cheap and gross.
Have some more Pub like options to eat and get away from the fancy dishes like Broccolini Pesto Bucatini, BBQ Chicken Wonton Nachos... wrong place and environment, maybe some regular Nachos, more pub like Wing options... hot, salt n pepper, or Thai, whatever. Conducive to the environment of bowling, bocce, video games, and brewery atmosphere.
As someone who seeks out Michelin Star restaurants and willing to pay for it, I'm not going to BNA for that type of food. I'm going for beers, ciders, bowling, bocce or patio experience and tasty...
Read moreWe decided to go there to bowl, eat, and drink. When we got there, the place was packed like a club upstairs, you could barely move. We asked the guy for menus while we waiting for our bowling lane and he told us the kitchen closes at 10pm, which wasn’t posted on there website. Normally if a kitchen closes earlier than the establishment it’s stated on their website. When I mentioned to the guy that we all planned on coming to eat a meal and that we would have to cancel our reservation and go somewhere else to eat. I asked if I could speak to a manager about getting a credit for the bowling so that we could come back cause we really wanted to try the new place. The guy asked me to write down my information (name, phone, and email) and that the manager would get back to me in a few days. Well it’s three weeks later and I still didn’t hear back. I really wanted to give this place a chance, but when an issue isn’t rectified or even acknowledged it’s discouraging to go back. If the issue was rectified maybe we could have left a better review, not sure if we will go back considering this experience, was really excited to...
Read moreI'm torn. They have options for every dietary need/resriction which is nice so it's easy for any group of people to get together. The food is pretty good but EXPENSIVE and you don't necassarily get what you pay for, also, the service is non-existent after you get your food. I've been in twice, sat in different areas, had different servers and still got abandonded after recieving our food. First time we were outside and catching up with friends so we didn't mind hanging out there, but 2 hours went by after we got out food... We wanted to order dessert and pay for our bill and had to walk in and ask the hostess. We were tempted to just leave but of course that didn't feel right. 2nd time there I ordered an zero-proof cocktail, all of which are $10 (CRAZY for a beverage with no alcohol) and it was 90% ice, how they can charge for that is mind blowing. The atmosphere is excellent outside. I wish they put it in more bowling lanes as it's weeks out to reserve. It's quite loud inside and the ridiculous amount of mounted animal heads on the wall are uncomfortable (real or not) it just doesn't suite the vibe of the...
