Went back a second time. The pizza is great. We were both very happy. It was hotter this time. They still have an issue with a very busy location - so best to be patient. The staff is very friendly. And really seem to want to help. But they are run off their feet! Would definitely try this location again.
Here is my first review: Disappointing service. First time customers at Dominos. We usually use other local pizza places. I placed the order online and went to pick up as we live close and wanted our pizza hot. There were seven staff at the location and the service was poor. I had to ask twice if the pizza was ready and in fact it was, both times, so the result was a pizza that was not hot. Barely warm. They should have one of the 7 staff members greeting customers, then ensuring the orders are given to waiting customers immediately. Three different staff seemed to be meandering past the till area, rather than one person dedicated to in-person orders. Not sure I would go back. There are other pizza places in Victoria where the pizza hits your hands super hot. The taste was good, the crust was excellent. We had the Pacific Veggie. Nice mix of toppings, but lost in a...

I’ve had to switch and order from the Bay Street location as this location continues to lack in quality control.
The biggest thing (which should be the easiest part) is cutting the pizza into actual slices. I have had to cut it myself because it looks like someone with the strength of a feather tried to cut it.
Seeing as a few other reviewers have noticed a decline in quality, I do believe staffing is to blame.
Now I have worked in pizza kitchen myself, it’s not that hard to spread the toppings and sauce evenly. My last experience about a week or so ago, has completely changed my liking for this location due to the quality decline.
Hopefully things will change so I can continue to eat from the closer location (oak bay), instead...
Read moreI wish there was an option to leave zero stars for this atrocious pizza joint. The pizza itself was not even good, the accompanying sides were even worse and mostly inedible. The pizza crust tasted deep-fried and the cheese was cheap. Instead of using fresh olives, they used olives from a can. The cheese bread was gross. It was like deep fried bread with cheese on top that tasted like cardboard. The chicken wings were completely inedible. The meat was strange and rubbery and we were afraid we would be poisoned. The cookie thing that came with the combo also tasted deep-fried and as if it was just lard and sugar mixed together and then dumped in a deep fryer. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for good pizza or sides. I'm going back...
