Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Warman

Update 2024-Dec-22: This locations owner should be embarrassed, haven't been to this one in a while and I'm currently standing at the front til and haven't had some one come take my order in 10 minutes! The poor lady is working all by herself. She is prioritizing drive through, which I get to an extent, but I shouldn't be ignored forever. This location should have it's franchise license revoked and new owners given a chance.

Original review: The crew working here always seem to be short staffed, so this is not a reflection on the individuals. But, because of this, service is incredibly slow, and their product selection is lacking as they can't keep up. Tim Horton’s does a great job ensuring what you order anywhere is the same. Unfortunately that isn’t the case with this location. Because we live within walking distance, we are here at least once a week, but without fail the coffee is always burned (doesn’t matter time of day), and the manager is always so rushed she doesn’t even hear your order. By rushing, she often makes mistakes, making the whole process take longer. We have had the unpleasant experience of hearing her yell at her staff to “hurry up” on several occasions. As a result, we have decided we will walk to McDonalds, across the street instead. We are saddened by this, but nothing has changed and I’m tired of throwing out...

Bad Experience. I was their on Thursday Oct 31 around 2:15 PM. I was in hurry their was Phillipines worker small height took my order. Before order I explained to her that is the hash brown bcz last time I had it it was not fresh and hard to eat. She did not apologize no sorry nothing, she direct to me "Do you want to order or not". I was hungry and had no option and I ordered hash brown croissant with hashbrown, and it was same hard again always give old cooked food and expired coffee. Seriously I felt insulted with her why of talking and recommend to everyone go to another store in warman they provide good service 100% better then this. I will wait for the reply...
