Burger King — Restaurant in Wasaga Beach

They just aren’t ready for prime time yet. It’s like the store got zero corporate training at all. You wait forever for food that’s been sitting under the heat lamp the entire 30 mins you’ve been waiting. Nothing is fresh. I get they just opened but hearing staff yell “I don’t even know what a king burger is!!!” To another staff member illustrates how bad it is here. It’s new, I get that and was expecting to wait longer. But what I don’t expect is waiting 30 mins for old and nasty food. They shouldn’t be open yet. I feel so bad for the staff. No training. There was no lineup yet I still had to wait over 10 minutes in the front. I did not mind the wait but when I got home and started eating the food I was very disappointed . I live less than 5 mins away. The fries tasted old and not properly cooked. The whoppers all had way too much salt and spice on them very overpowering and nothing like a normal whopper . I really enjoy going to the Burger King in Barrie but I will not be back to this one . I also got a caramel sundae with extra caramel which did not have extra caramel . My kids aren’t very picky eaters and always with the kids meals from the Barrie location even after driving...

I went to pick up lunch at around 1:00 pm on Saturday September 17. I was appalled of how a woman who appeared to be the supervisor was treating the young teenage male who was taking orders and the cook. She was overwhelming the order taker with multiple orders, raising her voice at him and just treating him rudely. She was also dismissive with the customer ahead of me.

It’s sad to see these young teenagers being treated this way.

Burger King needs to step in and train employees to be more friendly with not only customers but with staff as well.
