Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wasaga Beach

Paid $90 for burnt, DRY no sauce pizza, called in and suggested they keep a closer eye on there pizza or check the cooking times, apparently I’m the one that should be asking for it to be lightly cooked. So now we’ve just thrown out $90 worth of pizza, thanks to the manager for doing nothing about this, guess he takes constructive criticism a bit harsh even tho he admitted he knew it was over cooked because he’s the one that cooked it lol!! but sent it out to my kids and I regardless, thanks really appreciate the great customer service! Disgusting! I offered to send him an email with photos which wasnt needed as he admitted he already knew it was overcooked and clearly didn’t care didn’t want it to have to come to this but here’s my review! It’s hard to tell by the photos but the pizza was rock hard even the micro wave couldn’t soften it up to be edible, I really don’t logically understand how you can screw up cooking a little...

Wasaga Beach Mosley location never again. I placed order pickup. People do not listen or hear properly. They made mistake and then had nerve to blame customer. Proof...apparently ordered detroit get deluxe instead. They weren't wanting to correct mistake. They were also about to make mistake on gluten free cus i realized speaking with lady taking order wasn't listening and i had to correct. Also noticed name on bx was spelled wrong and apparently i spelt it for them and it showed they didn't listen or do properly at all. I contacted customer service to report and all i got they would contact store nothing else was done. Very upsetting and unacceptable. That location lost our business totally....

Store used to be good, but then I heard that last Friday the workers walked off because they weren't being paid. Then apparently all got fired for walking off.

Went into the store today to get a "hot and ready" and not one made. All new workers that don't have the first clue as to what they are doing. waited 35 min and pizza was pure trash!!!! Service was horrible as the person serving me could barely speak english, let alone get my order right. I will definitely not be returning to this place.

Management should be ashamed of themselves to run a business like this!!!!

I would not recommend this place if it was the last pizza place in...
