I was a witness to VERY disgusting customer service today 2 employees attacked verbally a paying customer over nothing. 2 employees stared this customer down and when he had asked if there was a problem he was verbally attacked and treated like pure dirt!!!!!! Swearing to the point thenolder gentalman close to me made a comment about needing to go to church now!!!!telling him to leave for no apparent reason! This is disgusting behavior of employees amanda was her name and ur vocabulary was gross! Don't work in an environment like this ur actions are sad and penalize the customer by serving his coffee last after he'd been paid for and waiting very immature service! I understand u have been dealing with impatient ppl all morning but don't take it out on other ppl and then accuse them of being uptight i was there and when I call to report this the manager(who was no help and condoning this behavior)turned this around on the individual who was attacked verbally nothing she said I heard until the customer left the facility after beimg treated so poorly maybe ur employees should get their facts straight b4 verbally attacking someone thinking someone said something they did not when the whole facility is complaining. Read moreIf I was solely basing my review on today, I would’ve given one star… but because of the ladies that are normally there I gave them 3. I order an iced vanilla latte with marshmallow foam almost everyday. They went to pass me my drink and it wasn’t mixed , I said it’s usually mixed could you please mix it ( I don’t have a frother in my car to mix the coffee at the bottom with the milk on top.. isn’t that the point of a latte anyways ??? ) the lady at the cash gave me the dirtiest look like I was asking for way too much …. So the 1st lady takes the drink back and mixes it , as she was passing me the drink I asked if they put the marshmallow foam on it … she said they don’t do that there …. I paid over 6$ for my latte because I was charged for it as I asked for it . I tell her this and she then says “oh it is in there already just mixed) !
I don’t believe they even put it in as there was none on the top of the lid at all like normal , nor did I taste it at all. Read moreI don't really know who to talk to so I am posting this here. I was in the store on Monday Nov. 28 around 2-ish in the afternoon, and I witnessed an altercation between 2 employees. One girl was named Chris and the other was JoJo. I've stewed about this for three days as I was trying to figure out how to deal with this. I also work with the public in retail, and what I witnessed was so alarming and completely unacceptable in front of customers! Chris was actually shouting at JoJo, for some unknown infraction. JoJo was crying while she was serving me. In my opinion this kind of behaviour from a "manager" is SO unprofessional! It bothered me so much that I had to write and get this off my chest, in case this behaviour never made it to the owners of this Timmies. I am in there almost every day and notice for the most part that everyone is trying very hard to be fast and efficient with smiles.
