The dining experience at this esteemed establishment is an unequivocal delight, particularly when harmonized with the complementary interplay of sumac and tobasco sauce. My dear sibling and I, ardent aficionados of this culinary haven, embarked on frequent pilgrimages to this gastronomic sanctuary. The servers, in their perennial benevolence, manifested acts of exceptional kindness, even graciously extending complimentary beverages on one memorable occasion. We are deeply and enduringly appreciative of their amiable demeanor, and these cherished moments of solicitude shall forever be etched in our hearts. Furthermore, I am moved to express sincere admiration for the unwavering commitment to continuous improvement of the restaurant's ambience over the years, exemplified by the seamless integration of electronic menus and a steadfast dedication to meticulous cleanliness. Although one might entertain the wish for more modest pricing, the underlying rationale of maintaining unrivaled freshness in their culinary offerings unequivocally justifies the associated expenses. The scintillating aromas, unfaltering freshness, and harmonious symphony of flavors tantalizingly intermingled in every dish left an indelible impression. The individual responsible for both the service and culinary prowess emanated an aura of cordiality and warmth that elevated the entire dining experience. I wholeheartedly proffer my enthusiastic endorsement for this remarkable establishment. Regrettably, a lingering sentiment of incredulity permeates my thoughts, for why did I not venture through its doors sooner! Concealed within the heart of the UW plaza, I have long passed by its unassuming façade, oblivious to the culinary wonders concealed within. Today, destiny intervened, guiding me to this extraordinary culinary oasis. Meticulousness pervades every facet of this establishment - its impeccable cleanliness commands admiration, while the service, astute and prompt, is executed with a level of professionalism that epitomizes excellence. Our selection comprised the delectable chicken biryani, a scrumptious chicken wrap, and golden-fried fries - each portion, bountiful and sating, an ensemble of gastronomic artistry. The invigorating freshness of the ingredients enlivened every morsel, rendering my taste buds serenading symphonies of delight. An enchanting departure from mundane kebob and shawarma enclaves, the boneless meat within the biryani exemplified a thoughtful gesture that elicited gratitude, sparing the diner any culinary wrestle. Ergo, without hesitation, I ardently beseech all seekers of authentic, home-style, and invigoratingly fresh fare to pilgrimage to this culinary haven. It stands resolutely as an inimitable destination for gourmands seeking to revel in gastronomic opulence.

I've heard that Persian food is not just a means of sustenance - it's a means of celebration, a symbol of identity, a form of art, and a way to express love and connection. Trying this across the Pacific in a small Canadian city was an experience on its own, for which I will always be grateful to Kabob Hut (170 University Ave W, Waterloo, ON N2L 39). A warm eatery serving top-tier Persian food, this place is now my new go-to every time I crave a good kebab. When I went there, I ordered 2 mini koobideh dishes. A perfectly grilled, elongated skewer of seasoned ground beef, expertly mixed with grated onions, salt and pepper, the koobideh boasted a charred, slightly crispy exterior while retaining its succulent, smoky essence bursting with rich flavors! Served on a bed of saffron basmati rice with grilled tomato, the dish was utterly aromatic, taking me back to my childhood trips to the spice bazaars of Asia! With commendable service and reasonable prices for their student patrons, Kabob Hut's fully halal menu is worth trying at least once when you visit Waterloo. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an expertly prepared plate of Persian cuisine! To hear more about this review, follow us @eatinontario on Instagram, TikTok, & Facebook. ✨🤩🙏

I recently dined at Kabobhut and had a delightful experience. I ordered the Joojeh Kabob and Lamb Boneless Kabob, and I must say, the meal was a treat for the taste buds. The Joojeh Kabob featured tender and flavorful chicken that was cooked to perfection. The chicken had a wonderful blend of spices that made each bite a delight. Similarly, the Lamb Boneless Kabob was a hit. The lamb was incredibly tasteful. The only minor suggestion I have is regarding the salad. While it was not bad at all, I would recommend not including macaroni in the salad. It felt a bit out of place in an otherwise delicious meal. The service at Kabobhut was excellent. The staff was attentive, friendly, and efficient, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. The food was also presented with care and attention to detail. I would certainly recommend Kabobhut to anyone looking for a flavorful and well-presented meal.

This underrated restaurant is so wonderful always, especially for authentic Persian food! They have huge portion sizes and the food is always clean and fresh. Everything is cooked from scratch with fresh ingredients. Everyone who works here is so friendly and kind. Everything tastes incredible, consistently. I am never disappointed at the quality of the food and the rich tastes at this restaurant. This most recent time we ordered ghormeh sabzi and koobideh kabob to be delivered, and they added in shirazi salad and fries as extra surprises in our delivery meal. It was such a wonderful feast today. We really appreciated the large portion sizes and the food was delivered warm/hot. Everything was just perfect, and packed perfectly with such care. A wonderful place to eat, whether dine in or take out or delivery. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try Persian food, and Persian people definitely love it too so you know it's authentic and delicious. I will definitely be eating here again. Thank...
