KFC — Restaurant in Waterloo

The most disgusting, revolting, soul-crushing fast food experience of my entire life. This KFC is not just bad—it’s a complete insult to the concept of food. I ordered the value meal for two for $12, and what I got felt like a punishment. The chicken was SOAKED IN OIL, “““““““ DRENCHED IN SALT”””””””, fried with the skin still on. The fries? Some still had potato skin on, others tasted like they were dug out of a trash can from 15 days ago. No ketchup. No cutlery. No napkins. No respect. No manners. The staff made me wait 35 minutes for this garbage, and when it finally came, it wasn’t even warm. This restaurant is a disgrace, a stain on the KFC name, an “embarrassment to the world of fast food”. The only thing that earned even 0.01% of what I expected was the popcorn chicken—and even that barely escaped being thrown in the trash. Everything else? Not worth zero. If I could give a negative rating, I would. This place is so terrible it makes me question why KFC allows it to operate. I hope the owner reads this, cries, reflects, and shuts the whole place down out of sheer shame. I couldn’t eat anything except for the popcorn chicken. This placr is a joke each and every time. I order a favorites meal through the drive thru. I pull up and not only is it not a favorites, it's a meal that cost 15 bucks more AND they forget the fries. I go back to the store to ask what is going on. I get told we'll you ordered that. I said no, I didn't, your drivethru attendant isn't paying attention. I said fine, just give me the fries you missed. She looks at the fry cook and says I need a med Fri now! The fry cook says we are waiting on fries, I said no problem. He then proceeds to fill 8 supreme fry orders before handing me the " NOW" fries. Worst of all he stands there after the supreme fry orders like his job is done... DUDE! You have staff chatting with each other over headsets instead of doing their jobs. You have one of the most filthy locations I have ever seen. Behind the counter looked like a bomb went off. Buy please! Let me give you $15 extra bucks for food. Obviously no one reads this, because I tell you. If my company had a 2 rating on Google and my reviews read like the ones on this review page.
