Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Waterloo

Have had something missed on each of my last three orders. Called the number for customer service and left a call back number after waiting 20 minutes. That was a week ago already. So much for getting a call back within the hour.

Update. One month later no call back. Ordered again cuz friends won't eat anything else. They forgot drinks and sauce. I understand it is a door dash driver picking up, but the store staff do nothing once it is in the warming rack. Nobody cares if something is missed - system is flawed if drivers miss the cold drinks and sauces so often. And wow - a credit for the sauce - but stuck with bread and no sauce and paying delivery and service fees for an incomplete order. Little Caesars needs to step up and take responsibility for the process up until the driver...

What can I say about this place? I will start by saying Little Caesars has always been a top favourite in our home my younger two daughters are very picky when it comes to pizza. One loves pineapple Hawaiian pizza and the other one only eat cheese pizza. But here’s the catch she only likes cheese pizza that’s perfectly cooked, she’s 11 years old and has approved Little Caesars as the best pizza ever. Simply because the cheese is never burnt, she calls it her gooey goodness and if you have a special request they cater to you. Little Caesars on Philip Street and Albert there’s two guys that work there who are always so friendly and I feel they go above and beyond for their customers. There absolutely nothing "Hot and Ready" about this location. Never, EVER have anything ready other than pep. And I mean ever. I've lived in the area for years and it's nothing but the same for this place no matter who the manager is this month or who is working.

Slogan should be Cold and Nothing...

Edit: dropping it to a 1 star because as always. Nothing hot and ready about this place. Hot and ready means you come in and pick something that is hot AND READY! Never, ever anything ready. Always have to wait 10 plus mins for something that has ready in the name.

These guys should be sued got false advertising. Skip this place or call ahead. You know, call ahead, the thing you were supposed to be able to skip by having things... "...
