avoid this place at all costs.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I ordered from Pizza Pizza hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but what I got was an absolute disgrace. When the pizza arrived, it looked like it had been used as a frisbee at a construction site. The toppings were a complete mess—scattered all over the box, some stuck to the lid, and others missing altogether. The box itself was greasy, stained, and barely holding together. It was as if they went out of their way to ensure this pizza looked as unappetizing as humanly possible.
But it didn’t stop there. After receiving this disaster, I tried calling customer service to get some resolution, and it was a nightmare. The person on the other end of the phone couldn’t seem to understand anything I was saying. It felt like I was speaking to a wall. Every time I explained the issue, they just repeated the same generic lines like a robot. I asked for a refund or at least a replacement, and the back-and-forth was so exhausting that I gave up out of sheer frustration.
The worst part? There was no accountability, no apology, and no care whatsoever. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s blatant disrespect for paying customers. I’ve had better experiences at random gas station food counters than I did with Pizza Pizza.
This is the last time I’ll ever order from here. If you’re considering Pizza Pizza, save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else. They don’t care about quality, and they certainly don’t care about their customers. Total waste of time, money,...
Read moreI've almost completely lost confidence that I can actually get a meal worth the prices you guys charge, that I'm actually satisfied to eat recently...the last order prior to this one was both pizzas totally undercooked, and the replacements you guys sent weren't much more cooked, and had way less toppings...this time, I decided to give you guys another chance, because there isn't many options at 1 am on a Wednesday...all I ordered was an xl pizza with double pepperoni and bacon strips, and asked for it well done, since there seemed to be a problem with cooking the pizzas properly the last time? (Or maybe it's a different problem, like, the person cooking it maybe?)...plus an order of boneless chicken, 4 pop and 2 dipping sauce...my order came within the 50 mins or its free, but only by a couple of minutes, the driver was apparently calling my number to come down to the lobby to get the food (which I don't agree with when Im paying to have it delivered to my actual door) but I didn't receive any calls on my phone?...the pizza was barely warm, and once again not cooked to how I had asked...it was soggy and gross....my daughter is complaining that she feels sick after eating 2 slices, and asked me never to order from you guys again...the only good thing I still personally enjoy is the boneless chicken and creamy garlic dipping sauce...kinda sad when you're called 'pizza pizza'? This might be the last time I order for awhile if ever again at all. I hope this feed back can...
Read more4th September, around 11:30 PM,an awesome experience at pizza pizza..we 9 people waited outside of the store for almost 10 minutes, as we were waiting for the green signal of one of the employe, who was moping the store and which we definitely understand that they are doing hard work but after 10 minutes we went inside the store to pick up the ordered food and we adjusted our seats and tables. And we were almost there to seat at the table but the great employe who was moping told us rudely “ya you can seat now, and now I have to mope it again, but I will do it”. To be honest we all were so disappointed after we waited for almost 10 mins outside of the store for that employe whom we understand how hard work it is and now he is speaking rudely with us. While we were waiting many people come and bought their food and went.
This is not for this time but many times, they served with wrong toppings but we neglect that each time. But this time not acceptable due to their rude behaviour.
Terrible experience at...
