Medusa Shisha Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in Waterloo

I wish I could give a zero star because even one star is a lot for this place because I’ve had my worst experience ever, their customer service is awful and they have no idea how to speak or treat a customer. it was so disappointing that my friend and I were disrespected by same lady waitress, I assume she was the shift manager or something, first of all she came directly to me in a very rude way and asked me to show her my ID after we were sat in the table, if going to this place requires ID it should be in front door or while ordering the liquor, and our table was the only table which asked for ID in a very rudely way, and secondly my friend been told by the same waitress that its a lot of food and you can not eat it and wouldn’t let us order food and was keep interfering and saying it’s not good it’s not delicious you wouldn’t like it, like seriously? What kind of stuff does that? And after that she was keep staring at us and responding to us in attitude and giving us the unnecessary attitude that made us feel so uncomfortable and we had to leave, we were just stayed there for less than half an hour and left because of the way she was treating us. I would never wanna go back...

so I visited there with my husband and friends as we were so excited to spend our night and having fun with our friends. I must say that their sheeshas are really nice but their food and the customer service is not great. when we orderd food, they bring the food to our table but their was no plates and no spoons on the table. We had to ask them for the spoons and nobody from the people who work their came to us and ask for the plates, we just ate like that… And most Importantly I want to talk about DJ, the person who works as DJ there have so much attitude and was just playing songs of the arabic community (which he seems to belong to) and their were so many Indians in that place and he did not play any Indian song for us. Even upon requesting to play one Indian song again and again he did not listen to any of us and when we were leaving that place he just played one...

Not a very welcoming shisha place I was a very frequent customer,but last night experience was not very pleasant.

The management doesn’t seems to have a good grip on the staff and running of the place.

Disrespecting your customers is not a geat achievement.

Management seems to forgot that customers are like god.

Customers can take you to the heights and throw you down if you don’t stand with your values and principles.

The worst thing is Dj he seems to be stuck with his own choice of music and doesn’t give a damm about customers, he was supposed to be very diverse but in reality he seems to be very rigid with his own choice rather than the customers experience.

Very poor show guys you have just lost 8 regular customers on top I will not recommend any of my friends.
