This is a very high volume location.

You may want to spend some extra time, as the lines can be very long and backed past the door, a problem during the winter when it is cold. Parking can be challenging because volume of pedestrian traffic, so be careful in the parking lot. The restaurant is quite small, so often during the peak the seats will all be taken. It is oriented towards take-out more than dine in.

Another challenge is that the music is too loud and it makes it difficult to hold a conversation with anyone. While in line, after I left, my ears were hurting a bit. I think that they need to lower the volume.

The food is good. I particularly like the fact that they are using authentic Québec cheese curds. There are other options for what you want on your poutine, such as toppings like bacon. Its better when they aren't super busy, if I'm eating in I get the Snack size Veggie Traditional with Nacho cheese , well done fries and extra curds, for delivery I requested the veggie rainbow instead of veggie deluxe in the notes section, with well done fries and extra curds. Had an amazing poutine at a music festival yesterday. I enjoyed it so much I decided to goto a place that specializes in poutine. I was thoroughly let down by this place. I dont understand how places that sell poutine especially a place that specializes in poutine cannot make fresh fries per order. Spongey cold fries, semi warm "gravy" , hardly visible cheese topped with cold bacon. It took the guy working longer to get my change then to make my $15 poutine. Sadly I won't be back I want my money back.

Edit: I find it hard to believe that there are over 32 5 star rating from users with the last name Patel. And another handful with the last name of Singh that I haven't counted. Pretty sure they are inflating their reviews with multiple accounts. Way...
