Wow this morning at 9:14 am, I went through drive thru to get my coffee and supresenly the manager of the store serve me with the worse attitude. This was a very rude person, she slammed the machine when i asked her if she used it for my points. The owner of this store needs to be aware and can't have someone with this attitude be a manager as she is not capable of been a leader. What is she going to teach the workers there? To slammed machines and throw food at people. I wish I could go in person to talk to the owner. Also check the cameras she might be doing this all the time, maybe you aren't aware of this. Not sure why this business man's don't want more money 🤔. They should understand that millions of people in this country don't speak great English (even some of theirs own staff). And there are thousands of newcomers every year. The problem is your drive thru menu, it makes it to hard for non English speakers (even for EGN. speakers) to orde an turkey bacon club sandwich or any other sandwich, cause it makes us pronounce the whole long and strange name. First words we learn are numbers. We all now numbers from one to 10 at least, think how easy it would be with just one short and easy to pronounce word, get a rare named sandwich. I wanted to buy black coffee and cream in the side. The front desk staff knows me as I cone there at least once every week, and they are jealous of me. Number of your front desk employee think that I am single and looking for date. They perceived me to be a new immigrant from USA. So, they are harassing me like dog.
