Everyone likes to claim they know of the worst Tim Hortons in existence, and I believe it is more so a personal experience each one of us shares. There is no, one, worst Tim Hortons. There are several and here is why this location is that for me and why I think it is.
I come in almost everyday, and practical order the same thing. Mind you, often times my order has been wrong or they have forgotten something so I will check before I leave, which is what it is after all. Not my biggest gripe here. For me it's the fact they always seem understaffed, the employees truly do look miserable constantly, and the overall atmosphere doesn't look like a modern Tim Hortons interior, it looks quite rundown and not taken care of. Almost every time you come in the lineup is massive, and the employees look overworked just to get everyone's order taken. They look miserable and I cant blame them, imagine they aren't well taken care of by the company themselves and therefore who would want to put forth their best effort. Lastly, the dining area just looks gross and more like an older style of Tim Hortons location and I basically would never dine there personally. I feel like this location just hasn't been given the proper resources or focus from the company overall to be an efficient and robust restaurant.
So, Tim Hortons (the company, not this store) DO BETTER, not only for your customers but your employees who need the support and resources to truly do better for this location. If we as consumers are paying these exorbitant prices for your food, it would seem to me that you can maybe pay your employees more, hire more helping work, and update the interior of the storefront to be more visually pleasing to customers, it's the least you could do right? ;)
I can't in good faith be mad or displeased with the employees lack of service because they have literally zero incentive to do better, I am displeased that Tim Hortons the company allows this to happen perhaps due to greed or maximizing...
Read moreAround 12:30 today, I visited this place and ordered a veggie wrap. I repeatedly told the cashier that I wanted a veggie wrap, but when I received my order and started eating, I noticed something very crispy. As a vegetarian, I didn't realize it was a chicken piece. I showed my wrap to one of the employees, who informed me it was chicken. This upset me, as I have never eaten meat in my entire life. The cashier apologized, but I didn't ask either for a refund or making the order again. However, the service was very poor. I returned to my seat and began drinking a French vanilla drink. One of the employees, named Jaspreet, thought I had left the store and started backbitching of me in Punjabi with other employees. She spoke disrespectfully about me in a very offensive manner. Her exact words were that "sisterfc*r boy was so illiterate who did not even know that it was chicken". When I listen to this I went straight to her and told her she couldn't speak like this. But instead of apologizing, she started abusing me again in Punjabi language and was very rude. I was shocked by the behavior of the staff at this Tim Hortons location. I am unsure about the owner who hires such employees. Even the manager, named Paul, took her side and told me I could only leave a review or give them a 1-star rating which they don't care about. This is unacceptable service. This was the worst Tim Hortons experience I have ever had. The staff lacked manners and did not know how to communicate in English. I believe action should be taken against her so she can learn how to properly interact with customers and speak English. They should either train their staff better or hire more competent employees. I will not be returning to this Tim...
Read moreEvery single bad review here is accurate, and they do nothing except respond apologetically and give you a link to report to. Notice how most of the 5 star reviews also have no notes or comments.
Every time I’ve been to this Tim’s the wait is insane, no matter if it’s the middle of the day or rush hour. My boyfriend ordered 2 ice capps, they made one and then left it on the back counter (not the pickup counter) and didn’t start another one until he asked about 5 mins later. They told him that they thought he already had the first iced capp (?????). He also ordered a sour cream glazed donut, and they gave him a boston cream donut instead (those are very different donuts). While all of that was happening there was someone who ordered before him, that was waiting even longer than him for a soup. They didn’t make either of their order’s until they asked the employees.
The last time he ordered a medium iced capp they gave him a small as well, and everytime we order a farmer’s wrap something is missing (sauce, egg, sausage, something).
There’s also a review stating the store manager called them after leaving a review?? I genuinely implore the store manager to call me because I would love to reiterate these concerns to a real person.
Tim Hortons needs to actually do something about their employees and the management because actually...
