Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Waterloo

Came in today in the afternoon and the Asian lady ( i think she was the owner) helped me out with my two subs. This my first time coming here and I chose this place over the other locations is strictly because of the amount of good reviews they had so I wanted to see for myself. As soon as I came in it was a warm welcome and only smiles. I was very delighted that the customer service was phenomenal. She really made my day and I was super hungry so I was excited to try the sub to see if it was good. I brought it home and it took around 10 mins to get there so I understand if my sub was going to be soggy with the amount of sauce I got. BUT as soon as i opened the wrapper, the bread was grilled to perfection and all the components in this sub was intact. This was a crispy yet saucy sub and I was super happy. Worst experience ever.. . Their meatball sub isn't what it looks like, basically just a few warm meat balls and some cold sauce out of a bottle, pretty disgusting... And i thought you're supposed to switch gloves after you touch the dirty grimy cash register... Lol she made 3 subs without changing gloves... Also wth is up with servings customers from skip the dishes before loyal customers who come into their store... Very poor business model... If I'm coming into your store purchasing food from you... I should get priority specially when skip the dishes comes in after me, when I have been waiting for 10 minutes... Very poor... I'll go to subway...

I went in for a salad and ordered a Caesar with chicken. I got a handful of lettuce, a few strips of gross looking chicken and a sprinkle of cheese with some dressing. When I went to pay, they charged me for the cheese! Are you kidding me? It's a Caesar salad! You didn't offer croutons or bacon bits as Caesars are supposed to have and then you had the nerve to charge me for the tiny sprinkle of cheese which was offered to me while making the salad???
