Ordered $60 worth of food for delivery. The delivery took almost an hour to arrive. The sweet & sour spare ribs were raw when we bit into it, the meat was discolored and it had a gross smell. The shrimp pad thai and shrimp shanghai noodles smelt like raw fish when we opened the container; when we looked at the shrimp it was also not cooked.
The only thing we tried to eat was the plain fried rice, which had no flavor and hard chunks of undercooked rice. About 10 minutes after eating the rice we all felt sick.
I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, I told them they could send the driver back to pick up the food and give us back our cash. They refused to rectify the situation at all. They told me my only option was to come and pick up another set of sweet and sour ribs. When I told them driving wasn't an option they refused to do anything else. I understand times are hard for small businesses but I explained multiple times that the food was raw and if we consumed it we would be sick. I asked them multiple times to find a better solution for us and they refused to do anything. After 30 minutes on the phone I gave up.
Luckily I checked the meat before I fed it to my child otherwise he would have been sick.
Horrible service. Uncooked MEAT. Flavorless fried rice. Made us sick. Wouldn't recommend this...

After spending 5 minutes of telling them “no shrimp” and counting our boxes repeatedly they finally offered us a box of shrimp but we must come and get it. Ummm, no, we ordered takeout for a reason. So then we told them to just credit it back to our credit card to which they replied “no, we gave you shrimp”. We have no reason to lie about not getting our shrimp and we definitely did not receive the shrimp. They kept refusing so we told them from now on our business will go elsewhere. Bamboo, your customer service is atrocious and I cannot believe you are still in business. 5 years ago when we moved here you were the first place we went to and the food was pretty good but unfortunately now along with your customer service skills your food has also declined. The wings are gross, the egg rolls mushy, the chicken balls doughy, your food all around sucked! I don’t know if this establishment is under new owners now but I do know we will never be back. We ordered our traditional new years meal for 530 which was 40 min late to bring home only to bite into shrimp with the fecal vein still in the shrimp. Black poop was throughout each shrimp. When I called to ask about their quality standards I was told this was their process. I asked when it changed as I used to work there and had to peel and gut the shrimp as common practice with original owners.They switched ppl on the phone 3 times for the last man to tell me they were too busy to do it and to bring it back to get my money back. Which I did and informed that I would have rather waited longer for quality food or be told that they ran out then to be served food with poop in it. Money makes the world go round but when you disrespect the very ppl that support you and say that the money is more important then the quality or commitment is disturbing.
