I came out of the Welland hospital and the most wonderful indian food smells were wafting across the field there, i decided to investigate. I decided to start simple, Aloo Gobhi Masala which is a vegetarian dish of potatoes and cauliflower, well, it was fantastic! Such a "simple" little dish but i enjoyed it immensely. The helpful woman who took my order explained that everything was prepared fresh and that is why an order might take a little longer, i think this freshness, this attention to detail opened up a new world for me. i enjoyed the masala sauce very much, but i had the wonderful experience of being able to discern different "notes" IN the sauce. Our compliments to the couple who own and operate this eatery, and wish them...
