We have been going here occasionally, for a few months now, since they opened. What I find is the servers are ALWAYS happy, helpful and attentive. They are always trying to make sure you have everything you need.

The food has consistently been delish! Some of our favourites are: the whipped feta (apps), fried olives (apps) and any pizza - they are all great. We usually get the one with arugula & prosciutto and of course, the pepperoni & cheese. You gotta try the espresso Martini's here! They are great - not overpowering and a perfect pick-me-up. As for the beer- we aren't crazy beer drinkers, but I'd have to say I can enjoy a Liftbridge Lager anytime. They crafted it to be so refreshing and light- it just goes with anything on the menu. They have recently added a warm pretzel to the menu, and that was the perfect pairing for me. The pretzel was the size of my head - it could be sharable, but you probably won't want to after you've tasted it.

The venue itself is awesome. There is a spot for everyone, including your furry friends. They have dog - friendly patios (front and back). The back patio comes equipped with a fire table, blankets on the fire-table chairs, corn-hole and ladder-toss as well as picnic tables beside beautiful mature trees. There are even citronella plants (for those dinners that turn into evenings outside), to help keep the bugs at bay. They really tried to think of everything for our comfort.

Inside, the chairs are super comfy with beautiful wooden tables. It is clean and airy, with a modern touch. They have live performances there often and they are not too loud- so you can enjoy both your dinner/company and the performance.

It's always a great time when we visit and we look forward to going. I'm so happy they opened and have created the atmosphere and delish food they have. When deciding where to go out in the area, we always end up going there.

UPDATE: I just went there today to try their new chicken fried sandwich.....don't walk, run to get this!! OMG! It is so tender & juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside with the perfect sauce. I'm still thinking about it .. I probably could have eaten 2 to myself! And then I topped it off with the warmed "sticky toffee pudding" - which was more like a cake consisting of creme fresh and carmel sauce on the side, so you can drizzle as much or little as you'd like! These 2 are now my 2 fav dishes! I ate the cake too fast and forgot to take a photo. Yes, it...

I wish I could rate this place up a little more. Our food was okay, and we had a good time. Lighting was decent, and washrooms were very clean.

As an experience, it has two major drawbacks for me. First, the acoustics are bad. Not the worst I've ever heard, but very difficult. And second, the price which was just a little bit high. Considering the price, a lot of little things that would not have bothered me did make a bit of a difference. Our salads for example where very fresh and extremely well put together. The vinaigrette was perfectly balanced, and everything was wonderful except the portion. There was only about a third of a bowl of salad. For the price, I think it needs to be a full portion of salad. my honey Cajun chicken sandwich was all honey, no cajun, and a crazy mess! It tasted perfectly fine, and I enjoyed it, but I would have loved a little more spice and a little less mess. The pizza looked fantastic! The crust was great, and the topping seemed hearty, but when I cut into it for my kids, it was soggy in the center. The service had been really well talked up. I was expecting great things, but there were two huge parties in there when we sat down. We got perfectly adequate service all things considered, but it wasn't the outstanding level of attention the reviews led me to expect.

There were eight beers available on tap, four of which were also conveniently in the fridge. So, I've had five of the beers currently on offer, and four out of the five were great. You can find my reviews on untappd. The tap price was completely on point, but the cans were a little expensive. You can get a experience that is just as good or better for a little less money.

I would happily come in here two or three times a year, and treat myself to to go cans, if I have the money. As a restaurant lover, I'm glad I did the dine-in experience once, but I wouldn't need to do it again. It seems like a place that wants to be high-end gastropub, in the middle of a farming community, and just doesn't...

Great new brewery in town with great food, great drinks & friendly & welcoming service. Glad to see a brewery in Welland that we can walk to!!

We showed up with a group of 8 of us and no reservation and we only waited about 20 minutes for a table. They aren’t taking reservations from the public yet, just for close family & friends. Only three beers right now but that’s understandable for just Opening. The server told us that there will be 7 more coming in the next few weeks as they iron out the kinks of just opening. The food was fantastic!! Everything that came out of the kitchen looks delicious. We ordered calamari, fries, prosciutto pizza & Bridgewater pizza. Very very good. Next time will definitely try the charcuterie & mussels- it looked SO good!!

The beers were also delicious! Limited selection right now as it takes time to brew beer, but wow they were all good. The key lime pie mojito and a pink lemonade cocktail (can’t remember the name) were also very tasty!

Definitely a must try brewery! Just keep in mind they are brand new & just opened. Have some patience & understanding when you try it as they are still getting in the swing of things.

we have been back several times since! Mussels are great, chicken sandwich is delicious! I was however disappointed with the basmati bowl. For $28 I was expecting something rich in veggies & flavour. The dish however, was mostly rice, with a small amount of cabbage slaw and a piece of salmon. The salmon was delicious and the glaze was good but it was lacking flavour and volume. A very small and underwhelming dish for the price. My boyfriend had the Mac & cheese and it was delicious! Will definitely keep going back as it has become a favourite but won’t be ordering...

We had a lovely date dinner in this quaint, modern, family-friendly brewery. They were nearly fully reserved; unfortunately, the tables available were not appropriate. When I pointed out I could not sit in the sun or at a high top, they willingly made adjustments. Our hostess, waitress, bussers, and management were all attentive, kind, and generally lovely. The food was wonderful; from the appetizers we enjoyed were Warm Butter Pretzel - BRUSHED WITH BUTTER AND SALTED, PICKLES, GRAINY MUSTARD, HOUSE-BREWED BEER AND CHEESE QUESO SAUCE, and Lobster Dip - LOBSTER MEAT IN A CREAMY DIP, BUBBLY MOZZARELLA WITH WARM PITA. Our mains were Burgers and fries - CLASSIC – CHEDDAR, LETTUCE, ONION, PICKLE, GARLIC MAYO, as well as the Steak and frites - 10 OZ NY STRIPLOIN, COMPOUND BUTTER, GREMOLATA, SERVED WITH HOUSE-CUT FRIES. Dessert we tried Fruit Cobbler with Ice Cream - FRESH SEASONAL FRUIT TOPPED WITH LIGHT AND CRISPY COBBLER, SERVED WITH LEMON WHIPPED CREAM, and Crème Brûlée - SILKY CUSTARD BOTTOM, SWEET CRUNCHY TOP. The meal was delicious. An excellent experience; my only tweak is I wish the fries had been fresher. The Bridgewater Brewery had such a great environment. Well worth the trip to Welland. We were also informed they had a dog-friendly patio at the rear, making this a must for a return visit for our family. The kitchens were impeccable. Bathroom was ADODA compliant. Staff were accommodating Parking available at rear but stairs from rear Accessible from front
