KF Tea Welland — Restaurant in Welland

Really good Taro tea, but not great service. My first time going was yesterday. I walked in, no one acknowledged me or said anything. There was another lady there that had just finished ordering an no one else in the store. I waited more then 8 minutes before I asked if I could order my drink and come back to pick it up in 5 min. I went back today and had the same experience. This time waited about 15 min. A guy that came in after me left, without ordering maybe after 10 minutes. There were only two other customers in the store at the time. This time I left without ordering. They were busy making orders, maybe Skip or Door Dash, but having two people behind the counter and not even acknowledging customers very rude. A guy came from the back to help make drinks, but he too didn't say anything to anyone waiting. Not once did they look up to say anything or make eye contact. We ordered 2 Milk Peach teas with honey tapioca and my 6 year old ordered the strawberry one. This was his first time. We loved our drinks. We even took a sip of our son's and thought it was so good. But my son I don't think was crazy about the tapioca maybe. We did not complain but I think the owner noticed and offered to kindly make my son a new drink that he thought he would love. Asked the lady if she could make our slush with less sugar and she said no, that she couldn't. This is just because she didn't want to.If you look online, Kung Fu tea chains give you the options to choose the level of sweetness, infact I always order the "Less Sugar" option at this chain as well as any other Bubble Tea shop. We ordered 4 drinks that came to almost 30 dollars and I couldn't enjoy it because was overly sweet.I did not want to argue as she looked super moody and miserable to start with, she surely had a bad day, but you don't have to rub it off on your customers and behave petty.
