Twice The Deal Pizza — Restaurant in Welland

What a horrible experience! I had to take time to calm down before writing this... Two weeks ago was my daughter's birthday. I pre-ordered 3 party trays online for delivery. I've done this a few times before on their website, including 9 days before to make sure it went well ... Well party day comes and no pizza. It's 5 minutes past expected delivery so I call, nothing. I call over 15 times in a 20 minute span and my calls go unanswered. My number was associated with the order. When someone else it was picked up on the second ring! They said today (August 14) the order system was down. I said it was ordered yesterday and they should have it. They kept giving us the run around. We sent my in-laws to pick up the pizza and when they got there they said the oven was broken... AS THEY WERE MAKING PIZZA IN IT! My in-laws went to Rose City and got pizzas and saved the party. So I learned they were trying to steal my money since they were dodging my calls and they didn't want to give a refund... My father in law did eventually get one. They are also liars! They told us the system was down, yet getting there it was fine, and they said the ovens were broken... As they were making pizza! Honestly the food is not good (it's cheap) but for the same order Rose City was only $4 more......

The food is alright, but their delivery time is always very long, especially since I am literally 3 minutes down the road. Although the food hasn't been cold, it's usually only warm, and the most recent delivery, on a Wednesday night, was lukewarm and likely Sat in the driver's car for at least half an hour before arrival. The 3-minute drive is not an exaggeration, and can take even less with no red lights. I understand delivering to farther addresses first, but they should have waited and cooked our food later since we are so close by, instead of having it sit so long in the driver's car. The texture was not fresh. Everyone knows what pizza is like when it sits for a while compared to just 10 minutes after it's cooked. I will likely order again as they are the only later night option, but more menu options and faster delivery would help. The garlic bread was alright, but for the extra charge for cheese, it would have been no e to have both sides covered. They were not. I've never had such a small amount on a garlic bread loaf, from any...

Came to pick up an order that my parents placed. When I arrived I stated the order and they gave it to me and I left. When I arrived home I realized that I was supposed to get 3 drinks as part of the deal. When I realized I called and they stated to me that " the customer is supposed to choose their drinks and we don't have to tell them to" They did not seem to care about any sort of customer service whatsoever. They then abruptly hung up the phone on me after telling me to drive all the way back to pick up the drinks.

Worst customer service and there are many authentic pizza places within the area. This store and their employees don't care about customer service.

I did not go back to get the drinks because it's not worth it to drive back across town for 3 drinks. Everytime I pick up orders and it comes with drinks, the server always tells me to grab my drinks from the fridge. This place has the worst customer service!

Save yourself the trouble and go to another pizza place. Customer service here...
