I'm Feeling scammed by this location lately
Over the last few months, I've noticed something that I find frustrating, and want to share my personal experience and hopefully serve as a warning to others to avoid this Tim Hortons location.
This location it seems (to me at least) that the chicken ranch wraps often contain way less chicken than I would expect, (20-30% on average), one time the wrap was 50% the size it should be (can't remember if it was this location or the one on on Hwy 20 across from the Legion in Fonthill, but it was so small I had them remake it and it was still too small).
I typically weigh all my food lately as I try to to loose weight, this location consistently serve it smaller than the other locations I frequent. Because it been a consistent thing, I don't feel like it's an error and suspect the teams were trained that way.
Despite sharing my feedback directly with the corporate HQ on at least three occasions, I receive what appears to be AI generated responses with no actions and they ignore further conversation attempts.
Based on my experiences, I personally feel it would be wise to visit other locations that are not owned by the same franchisee, or choose a different...
Read moreOkay I have been holding off on this review for weeks now but today is the day....I have been a daily visitor to this location for over 3 years now in the beginning I Loved! This location, the staff were amazing, orders made correctly, always a great cup of coffee....Now in the last year there has been a steady decline in both service and quality!!! It has gone from very prompt and friendly customer service to an absolute nightmare behind the counter, milling about like they are lost, and just general confusion. The orders went from 100% accurate pretty much every single time to it might be right 1 in 3 times and when they are right it's a 15 minutes wait for a single cup of coffee, for example today I ordered a Triple Triple, an ice coffee made a specific way and a doughnut. it was COMPLETELY wrong the only part of it they managed to get right was the doughnut....Now this place would have gotten a lower star rating but there are still a few very friendly and devoted employees that keeps it at a 2... Read moreRoutinely ignores customers in line in favour of drive through customers or other menial tasks, allowing lines to form while a single, often in training, employee struggles to keep up with a single order. This is clearly a failing of management at this location.
I have resorted to walking out of this location after waiting ten minutes with no service, and barely any movement in the line, while car after car gets served. But then, when there is often 2-3 employees working drive through to the single one at the counter, it is clear where the priority is, and that those of us in store are a second thought.
A single instance is forgiveable, but it appears to. E a pattern at this point. What makes the matter more concerning is that is is otherwise not busy at the times this behaviour is witnessed. I have decided to leave this location too many times, that it is time to go to another tim Hortons location in town, even if it is not the most convenient one.
Service needs to improve greatly, as the quality of the food and coffee is not enough of a draw to continue experiencing...
