Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Welland

Tonight at approximately 11:20 PM, I went in and ordered a simple pepperoni pizza. Absolutely nothing was “hot and ready”. One of the young girls working was mopping in booty shorts and another was leaving in her pyjamas. I guess this was the red flag I should’ve caught on to. The young blonde boy who served me was enthused to tell me nothing was ready, and disappointed when I continued to order? After waiting 15 minutes for the pizza and driving all the way home, I opened the box to find this. I guess if you like cheesy crust, this is perfect for you but if you like your pizza on your dough, this isn’t the place for you. I called back and told them what the issue was and that I wouldn’t make it in time for close, And The boy on the other end was quick to inform me that he personally made the pizza and he knows exactly how it looked coming out so anything that happened to it, was absolutely my fault. And he will not help me with anything. When I asked who I should be in contact with because I was not impressed with the service, he told me that I would have to wait until Monday for an owner. I didn’t really care to escalate this until the blatant disrespect. Hopefully we can reconcile, otherwise you just lost a few...

Yea I am wit guy who said dry pizza he nailed it this location terrible never hot ready if it is some nasty dryed up pizza like no cheese this place is bad every time I go I have issue another problem have guy there he stars in space am telling him my order he only remember half then ignores me another time waited 35 mins for crazy bread then girl didn’t no who it was for she was handing it out any one this terrible Never got ready Dryed up pizza never fresh haven’t got fresh pizza since last year Snobby workers very slow counting tip or invatory in room while tons people waiting order food It’s so simple most food comes pre made hardest think to do in this place put garlic on bread Workers ignorant Make sure you no who’s order is whos because calling in crowd people not going cut it going start fight Place looks dirty even in back can see very dirty all women whipping hands on pants and butts clean hands this gross this place needs overhaul I mean I no it’s in low income...

Just ordered a stuffed crust pizza without pepperoni and added one dipping sauce. Order came to 19.00+ yet their advertisement stated 11.99 for stuffed crust pizza WITH pepperoni. I thought it was strange that a pizza WITHOUT stuffed pepperoni came to be 6-7$ more. I paid the 19$ and thought nothing more of it cause my daughter and I were hungry. I was told the pizza would be ready in 6-7 mins and went to wait in my car. I was surprised to see the guy who took my order wave me in as soon as my pizza was ready and then he immediately brought to my attention the error he made when he charged me extra. I said it was fine and that accidents DO happen. He then figured out the difference he owed me and gave me the cash back...along with an order of crazy bread I didn't even order. 5 stars for how he handled this ordeal and how honest he was when he noticed the mistake. Good job Little Caesars. I'll def...
