Tito's Pizza — Restaurant in Wellington North

Absolutely disappointing experience. I ordered 2 lb of chicken wings with BBQ sauce on the side, but the employee gave me wings fully covered in sauce. I calmly explained that this wasn’t what I ordered and that I had specifically asked for the sauce on the side. His response shocked me—he was dismissive and told me if he remade the order, it would come out of his own pocket, so he wasn’t going to do it.

Another staff member did apologize, but by then the experience was already ruined. I live in Arthur and was hoping this could be my go-to spot, but after this kind of service, I won’t be coming back. Went in today for slices for me and my child around 5pm. Slices looked a little old so I asked a young female worker how long they had been sitting out for? She replied she did not know they were there when she arrived for her shift and that it did not matter because they heat the slices up when you order them. I asked her if she could ask her coworkers and she replied that they arrived at the same time as her so would not know. She was very unprofessional. In disgust I said no thanks and left since the staff should of passed on the information of the slices to the next shift.
