The manager Norman and his staff on duty offer the worst service. They are slow and would totally ignore their customers. Maybe Skipthedish drivers and other vendors are not customers 🤔 i guess. I had the worst service offered by this manager and his staffs and when I brought it up to him about the services they offered after they ignored me for more than 10 minutes, The manager Norman asked me to leave the restaurant and that he wouldn't give me the order. I asked why, and he couldn't respond while mumbling, and I asked him, "Because you know you are wrong." he knew his staff were wrong to have ignored me. He had no reason to ask me to leave without the order, but I left because I didn't have time to respond to a manager who didn't know his job. Maybe Wendy's should offer him more managerial training. You don't send people out of your restaurant, regardless of who or where they work, all because they say your services are poor! I am also serving people and should be served as a customer when I come with my skipthedish or any other vendors thermal bag to pick up orders. I am serving customers, and those customers are both skipthedish customers and Wendy's customers, so when a driver shows up. The staff of Wendy's should treat the driver like a customer, not a slave! That Manager Norman and his staff ignored me like I was not there. Other people who I got there before were more important than me standing there for 10mins+. That was rude and very discriminating, and I lost money all because I expressed my right! I believe I'm not the only driver who has gotten this kind of service. Read moreWas sitting with my wife at the Wendy's off 170th street had ordered 2 combos to dine in and we sat at the round table closest to the fire place, after about maybe 10 mins 3 roughly 14 year old boys come in and decide to sit at the fire place area taking off there back packs and unloading the contents on the table which looked like pop and candi and other items that did not come from the order counter that i am positive of, so they proceed to be disruptive as well as loud and no appreciation towards other paying customers that were quietly sitting there enjoying until these guys showed up there food. After about 5 maybe 10 minutes one of the boys proceeds to come over to our table and have the nerve to ask myself for a fry and my response was " you need to go back and sit down " so at this time he decides that his actions were something to laugh about with his other 2 buddies at my wife and i expense and this continued for about 3 to 4 mins until I told them if they can't be respectful and act mature in a public place they should leave, so after that they proceeded to laugh drink there drinks and eat there candy that was not anything bought from this Wendy's but we're still allowed to sit there and bother customers who bought there dinner..... my wife and myself have enjoyed this Wendy's for a period of some time but the way this place allows this sort of actions we would highly recommend no one to go there and will not be back nor will any of our family members or grand...

I am a regular customer who relied on Wendy's the past few years as they regularly had coupons and discounts through their app as well as rewards - so it made it easier for me to get food for cheap when I was struggling to eat anything at all. I have been consistently getting my combos for around just over $8 - then a few weeks ago, it went up to just over $9 - which was still less than $10 so I sucked it up and paid anyways. NOW TODAY the SAME ORDER (I get the same 2 combos every time - they are roughly the same price) costs over $11?!!!!! WITH $2 off a combo through the app?!!! OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!! The prices will only KEEP INCREASING - and very noticeably and QUICKLY too (over course of the past month??????) This goes for ALL WENDY'S LOCATIONS - this just happens to be the one where I realized how much the prices keep hiking as this is the one I went to regularly the past year and a half. Unfortunately for Wendy, she will not be receiving any more of my dollars. And I was giving her quite a lot. I will eat this last combo and try not to cry about the money I've wasted.
