BBQ head office should just shut down this place. Terrible service. Ordered food for take out last night and the chicken turned out to be tasteless. There was barely any sauce on the chicken, total waste of money. Called right away after I ate a piece, they just told me that there was nothing they can do and hung up. I tried to call them again to return the horrible chicken and ask for a refund, they said no, with now an excuse saying that it's only their first time this happened and told me to leave a phone number so that their manager can call the next day. They didn't tell me what time they will be in, just repeating that they will maybe call me. I asked them if the manager calls, can they give me a refund he said maybe? and that he's just a worker so doesn't know anything.

They took no responsibility for their poorly made products. Rather than trying to solve the issue, they try to avoid it by hanging up. When I called back they told be me that they were too busy to deal with me and asked what I called them for again. Called again the next day wanting to speak to a manager and there was no manager just the same person I spoke with the day before, he had told me he wasn't the manager but when a different staff answered the phone, she passed the phone to the same guy I was taking to last night saying now that he's the manager. He still doesn't want to help or have any knowledge to help the unsatisfactory situation. He hangs up once again when I'm talking. He just hangs up the phone like as if I'm his friend when he doesn't want to talk anymore. There is no customer service at all the "manager" doesn't have any knowledge or any idea how to speak to a customer. If you are looking for a place that will take your money and give you terrible tasting chicken and doesn't want to deal with you or take responsibility this is the place. This is embarrassing the bbq chicken company in korea should be closing this store down for this poorly customer service and food. If the company knew how this location is operating like this they will be shocked. If you want bbq chicken that is not flavorless go to the Hmart location they have better customer service and food. Also when you walk in in this branch they don't even greet like saying hello or how are you, they just stand there...

I was a bit hesitant when I walked in. BBQ chicken is one of the most famous Korean Fried Chicken joint in Korea.

When I saw Non-Korean staff running place, i was a bit surprised as I had non-pleasant experience from another Fried Chicken place claimed to be Korean Fried Chicken ran by Non-Korean people.

Rest assured, this truly tastes like Korean Fried Chicken. I love Korean Fried Chicken so much, I visit every well-known Korean Fried Chicken whenever I travel to a different city.

I have been disappointed everytime I went to BBQ chicken place in Hmart Edmonton. This place explains why BBQ chicken is famous in Korea.

Fried Chicken - was the bomb! It has peppery taste, so young children may find it spicy, but I loved it.

I took off 1 star because it is lacking sauce for flavored Fried Chicken. Usually at Korean Fried Chicken place provide enough sauce for people to eat it with rice.

Yes, they will mix with leftover sauce with rice

It does not have to be that generous, but there was very little sauce even on chicken itself.

I will definitely vote for Fried Chicken, but flavourd chicken leaves room...

The soy garlic boneless chicken is my favorite so far but I've only tried honey garlic and their special secret sauce. The chicken is authentically Korean. Very crispy, juicy, and freshly made to order (you might wait about 20 minutes if it's not busy). The chicken was perfectly cooked and presentation was nice (no wax paper dripping with grease). The assorted cheese balls are amazing (the real reason I came to visit). My favorite are the sweet potato ones. If you like mochi desserts you will love these. My friend did not like them though. The pricing was ok... These are medium to small size bone in/ boneless pieces, there are 8 pieces in an order. The complimentary pickled radish was not the best, however. In fact it was not acceptable at all. They could improve on that because I normally eat the whole tiny container with my Korean fried chicken. The service is excellent. The people who work here are very friendly. The restaurant is modern and clean with maybe 8 tables. I have another Korean place that is my favorite but this place will do in a pinch because it is a lot...
