Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in West Kelowna

Honestly, this location and dominoes as a whole is just plain awful. I hadn't ordered them in a long time because there's always some issue, mostly they don't give enough cheese but it can be any number of things. They are terrible in all aspects

Against my better judgement, decided to order a pie given the special week long 50% discount. Of course I was disappointed once again, I wouldn't pay for this if they gave me 75% off!!

I do love pizza with a passion, but I am no pizza "snob". I have ordered from pizza hut in Kelowna close to 40 times and have literally never had to complain once I don't think. But every single time I get dominoes, they either have to redeliver it, I have to drive back there, I call and have to get mad at them etc etc. Never again I tell you, never.

It's clear that all the positive reviews must be from people who #1 don't know decent pizza whatsoever/just want to fill their stomachs or #2 people that have no where else to go cause there ain't many...

I ordered a pizza and was following it by a tracker online. My home is 10 minutes at the most from the store and according to the tracker it left the store and it took over 35 minutes to get here. After I called the store they told me that the driver had just left yet as soon as I hung up, the driver made my doorbell within 2 minutes of calling the store. He showed up at the door. The pizza was cold but when I opened the box the pizza was completely smashed against the box. It was not edible at all. I managed to catch the driver before he left and I showed it to him and he said oh well, we'll make you another one and left. I then called the store and a lady manager told me that they would make me another pizza but had no compassion or understanding of what their store done. Not even an apology on what they had done. I give the store not even a one star but that's the least I can give it and I will think twice before ever. Ordering from Domino's again up...

I just ordered before they closed. Got a confirmation email. Tracker said it was on it's way. Than they didn't show up. Tried to call. They didn't answer. I did order at 2:50am. And I was gunna give the driver a good tip cause I know how much it sucks to have a late order. I was just extremely hungry.

I used to work at the dominoes on carrington road. I remember if we didn't complete an order, (even if someone ordered as late as 2:59 on a Friday or Saturday.) We would get threatened to be written up because we were still open. Very angry and disappointed that the staff now are not held to those same standards.

Edit - has now happened twice in a row. Please change your hours than to closed at 12:30pm on weekdays and 2:30am on Friday Saturday if that's when you take the last orders....
