Normally pleasant experience, great food normally. But tried fhis time was different on account mozzarella mushroom burger and the sauce tasted like horseradish. Which personally I hate I went to ask to exchange my burger was met with very unprofessional reply.
All of the staff were pleasant up until I asked for an exchange. I almost had to argue my point that as a customer I wasnt satisfied with the food. Now two of the cashiers were professional and wanted to work with me and listen to my concerns. I appreciated. They acted accordingly how you should treat this situation. but the older staff and an aggressive male staff member were not hospitable and had terrible customer service.....I was told to buy another burger. When I said "I just spent 50.00 on my family I should get a burger I like. I'm diabetic this is first thing I bit into and I dont like it."
"Why did you order something you didnt like?" Was what I was asked....why you ask? because I was curious about the burger and the garlic aioli sauce that taste nothing like an aioli sauce was not advertised on your burger ad as a flavour. I felt very insulted how I was treated as a customer. I attend here almost monthly with my family. Hope they change how they treat unsatisfied customers and be more professional in future.
This Male staff member made me feel as if I was taking the money out of his pocket. This has changed my view of this AnW for the future. As I asked I to speak with manger and they sent out him. To talk down to me and make me feel dumb for ordering something new......in future I'll just stick to the classics. As I dont feel like going through something like...
Read moreHorrible drive thru service @ the Sturgeon Falls Ontario location.. first they gave us half our order, then said they didn’t charge us for everything so we paid more and still didn’t get our full order.. the employee went to get another person to help straighten things out.. they were going over 10-12 different receipts and still couldn’t figure it out.. 20 mins later they get another person to help.. he said he had to refund us as we were over charged.. he pushes a bunch of buttons and then says ok you owe $10 and something.. by this time we have no idea what they are charging us for.. we have 2 kids crying for their chicken finger kids meal that they still didn’t receive .. a huge line up behind us of customers that are prob wondering why we are holding up the line… and still no receipt… I said NO I’m not paying a 3rd time after you just told me you had over charged us.. just give me the 2 kids meals and we will be on our way. He refused and identified himself as the manager.. we refused to pay anymore and just said just give us a refund… one child had eaten half their meal already… so instead of saying they were sorry for the long wait and the 2 mistakes in the orders and the mistake saying we were over charged but hey you have to pay us $10 and change more now.. the manager decided it was better to take all the food back and refund us than to give the other two children their meals.
Wow!! Horrible customer service… and now they have to throw out...
Read moreGot a chubby cruncher and onion rings. The chicken unleashed a deluge of hot water with the first 5 bites soaking the bun into a new definition of oblivion. The onion rings were dusted with a family good seasoning but the thick cut onion rings over powered that seasoning and tasted undercooked and yet still had a rubbery texture. Rootbeer was as good as usual but it will definitely be a while before I consider the highest priced fast food place in town. The staff in the drive-through however were very friendly even though I had to be sent to park for 5 mins to have my order filled with only one other person in the drive...
