The service here lately is just terrible. I have gone in and either nobody is in the front or the employees are standing around talking and I have to ask to be served after waiting at least 5 minutes. You place your order and when you get home you have received something completely different. Waiting for your order and only part of it is given to you and you have to ask where the rest of the order is. Trying to pay by debit and you keep pressing the chequing button on the touch screen and nothing is happening. You tell the cashier and all she can say is "I don't know." She says "press 1 for chequing and press 2 for savings. The debit machine doesn't say that on it's screen. How is the customer supposed to know to do that? When you question the cashier about this she stares at you and won't get a manager or someone to help with the situation. Very poor...
Read moreWe come here at least twice a week for some breakfast wraps and beverages. Every single time it’s the same guy taking our order and he constantly interrupts and never gets our order right. There is no syrup in them to make the pistachio. Always always disappointed. We won’t be...

I felt hair and was able to pull them off my tounge after each sip. Tim Hortons restaurant's usually pours the coffee in front of you but not in this one. This one goes to the back before pouring it so you can't see what they're doing even though there were coffee pots in front of the store that they were pouring for non-indigenous customers. A black coffee taking more than a minute to bring out? That seems...
