McDonald's — Restaurant in West Nipissing

Was just at this location tonight with my children and Friends. Place is not busy at all. We stand in line to order for 15 minutes before some takes my order, mcflurry, Sunday, and a cone. Guy gose off to fill orders on screen, my friends still in line to place there orders, another 10 minutes gose by, than another 5, I get a cone and the Sunday, Sunday has not oatmeal crumbles but I didn't get told that wasn't till my daughter started eating it she tells me. Than my friend tells me the guy told her there wasn't any, another 5 before I get my flurry..my friends still in line to place a damn order, two other orders go by than I get mine, my Friends still waiting...I go sit with my children, my friends start talking louder, finally get order taken, now been 35 minutes in line... Than they waited another 15 to get there food, drinks and ice cream. In total we were there 50 minutes...so much for enjoying a dinner with friends we all got our orders to far apart to enjoy them together. We were not happy customer tonight, this wasn't the first time I been to this location and have experience this extremely slow serive. Food was good, once we all got it! So if your in a rush don't bother...

We stopped here for lunch as part of a little trip to north bay for our grandkids visit to water parc and amusement adventure.

I would not stop here or even take a meal to go again in the foreseeable future under any circumstance.

My wife brought our young granddaughter to washroom and was met with dirty toilet paper all ove floor and what looked like dry feasces all over toilet seat .

I brought my young grandson to washroom and noticed a posted note on door said the washroom sink was not working.

Of course , in the entranceway to both washrooms in the middle in front of both doors was a stand up hand sanitizer station , which very barely dispersed any solution, I pressed 4 times to get a bit enough for finger tips , low on product ???

The dinning room tables not all but most of them were either dirty in very obvious need of cleaning.

The chairs at some tables were missing or in disarray from other tables .

We landed up eating outside at our vehicle as the filth was unacceptable. In my own opinion , never again will we...

I have always had slow service at the sturgeon falls location but today was absolutely ridiculous.

Front counter employee "Dallas" took our order. She made the drinks and set them behind the counter. Didn't even put the 4 drinks in a tray. Our food sat under the heat lamp for 10 mins and she didn't bother to bag it for us. Instead she clocked out and didn't even bother to make sure the 5 people waiting on their orders had what they needed. 13 mins had gone by and a manager started to bag our food.

We were not the only ones waiting. There was a mobile order for 2 black coffees. She didn't even acknowledge the man who asked where it was. (she also never made his order before clocking out). Another man was waiting on a smoothie. She made it and set it behind the counter! Why not hand it to him?

She was messing around and not even trying to get orders done. Clearly didn't care that everyone was waiting. We were there for almost 20 mins by the time we finally got out. This is a fast food chain. People go there when they...
