I came here on Friday Aug.20/21 about 5:45pm. I went through the drive thru, long line, asked for Girl guides blizzard and it was MELTED by the time I got it AND there was barely any cookie or chocolate in it, pretty much just a cup of vanilla. So I go and let the supervisor? know (This women was dressed differently than the others). She tells me there's actually not much cookie that comes with the blizzard and whatever they put in there only adds flavor ( which is a lie because I got this many times before and at any other DQ, there's chocolatey mint cookie chunks) and says that she can't make a new or else she would have to charge me! So I ask for a little bit more chocolatey mint cookie for my blizzard atleast since there was barely any.
That is unfair to pay for something and you DON'T get what you payed for. I did not ask for a melted cup of vanilla. That is the workers fault for making it right when you order and letting it sit and melt, especially when there's a long line in the drive through. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistake.
If you do not want to deliver on the item, refund it!
Where is the policy saying they can't refund or can't make a new one? Please...

While I was the next person in line at the counter, I was wondering why there were so many staff behind the counter yet only one cash opened. Than it hit me, the drive through was being served WAY quicker than the 8 people waiting inside! After 10 minutes I decided to do take my chances and try the drive through myself. Hey, if after 10 minutes of being the next guy in line to get served and no one it seemed was even making the effort to help, wouldn't you try the drive through too? Of course you would!! Read moreNo glaring issues experienced when there last, but a small annoyance.... 4 cars in drive thru, so I opted to go inside. Staff were courteous and served me with drive thru orders being taken at the same time. As I left, the last car was also leaving, but they were at the order box before me in person. No issues with service, but my burgers were cold and the cheese not melted. I know that DQ Microwave their burgers before serving, but really? Your staff didn't pick up on the fact that it was stone cold before serving? Service excellence, food quality below par which is unusual even for this location. Generally speaking it's been much better in the past with a slow downhill slide unfortunately.... Likely due to COVID...
